Genuinely, what the hell happened with Stephanie Brown in 2002? Like everything was going well and she was kind of trained by the birds of prey and mostly Bruce, then suddenly he say she's a liability and he wants her to stop being Spoiler??

Why did they suddenly completely change what they were doing with her character? I'm not even talking in universe. And even in universe Bruce went from saying she had lots of potential and could be better than Tim to that in a few issues, it doesn't even make sense. What the actual fuck.

Okay but imagine Bruce who is used to falling in love with people who hurt him physically/mentally as well as are on the opposite side of the law (Talia, Selina, Harvey, Khoa...)

And then he falls for Hal. Hal is a hero like him, a good man, a friend. Bruce would never have to argue morals with him and Hal would never actually hurt him, so for once Bruce isn't worried. He thinks he doesn't have to worry about it at all, because he trusts Hal wholeheartedly.

And then you have the fucking Parallax arc.

I genuinely don't trust someone who hates one of the Robin. Like obviously you can dislike some of them and have your favorite, I love Tim and don't care much for Jason for example. But actively hating, trash talking, and spending your time complaining and explaining why/how your favorite is so much better and the others sucks? Yeah no.

Birds of Prey has obviously always been pretty gay but Birds of Prey (2011) from New52 feels gay in the same way as I Kissed A Girl by Katy Perry.

I'm sorry, but the statement that all Arabs are Black or Brown is a stereotype. So, Talia can also have light skin . Additionally, it is important to remember that Talia and her father are both half Asian.

Obviously I know Arab people aren't all automatically dark skinned, though I am genuinely sorry if it came off as me saying that they all are since that's not what I meant at all!

In Talia's case she is more often than not drawn as brown which is what I meant, even if obv Damian could still be light skinned when she isn't.

And for the Asian part I did mention it? That's what I meant by "Damian is Arab and Asian", since his mother is both. (I now corrected it for Chinese since I wasn't sure before but I looked it up)

There is already so little POC character, and how is it not more compelling to have him brown instead of a copy of Bruce and all his siblings? Story wise and visually.

Let him look like his mother and grandfather, stop trying to erase his ethnicity.

Who are the greatest martial artists in DC? That I can think of there is (not in order) Lady Shiva, Cassandra Cain, Connor Hawke, Bruce Wayne, and probably Dinah Lance. But who else?

This isn't about power scaling, I don't want to know who would beat who and is number one, just which are considered the best.

For me Batlantern is a it's peak when they share a neuro. Like I want Bruce to get stupid around Hal, he brings out a side of him no one can, they argue, they do dumb shit, Bruce lose his cool and is funnier/more silly, and etc. Also he denies it but he do fine Hal funny. Hal knows, he love the fact Bruce is so weirdly comfortable around him. Enough so to act normal.

Can anyone explain to me what the fuck happened during new52? 😭 I mean I know some stuff, but I am specifically talking about Barbara, Dinah, their relationship and the Birds of Prey. For context I just finished BoP 2010 and starter BoP 2011.

Of course I know Babs got her legs back and went back to Batgirl, but how exactly? And was there any change for Dinah as well? And what happened to the birds of prey and their relationship. (I just started so my bad if it's explained in it a bit later)
