My sweet friend just figured out gluten has been what's fucking her up! and since she has a thousand things on her plate I'm going to find all the gluten free things at her closest shops and make her a list of them so she knows what she can and can't eat!
if y'all have any recommendations please let me know!
Im looking for
Pastas / sauces
frozen foods
snacks
breads
cereal
resources I have found a few already but anything is welcome
Favorite pasta brand is Banza (its a chickpea flour based pasta)
Frozen foods, especially low effort snack meals for me is the Feel Good brand jalapeño poppers and dumplings or the every present gluten free dino nuggets from Dino Buddies (I have a problem and Dino nuggies is the answer).
Snacks is the Siete brand Chipotle BBQ chips at Kroger and the new gluten free cheezits (my beloved)
I don't eat bread really because I don't like most gluten free options but my mom gets a subscription box that sends gluten free (but not wheat free important distinction) breads monthly. I do like the loopy whisks recipes as well for general baking options.
Also don't eat cereal and don't have any recs unfortunately
Atly is an app that shows gluten free restaurants in the area, as is Find Me Gluten Free (but both cost money) and then anything by the Loopy Whisk has come in handy.
