Most workplaces have a social media policy that explicitly prohibits sharing certain things online but most people don't bother to read those policies until they're fired for their tiktoks or tweets.

And if you work in any sort of medical field (a hospital, pharmacy, nursing home, assisted living, in-home caregiving, etc), you can very easily violate privacy policies and even HIPAA without even realizing and end up blacklisted from the industry over a tiktok.
