Would you expand on the Trinity Paci meltdown story? I just imagine all the caregivers trying everything to help Trinity out of a meltdown and Dennis being like “Where’s her paci??” And everyone being like “her what?” And Trinity almost immediately falling asleep once it’s in her mouth bc she’s worn out.
Yes absolutely! So Trinity is absolutely losing it - sobbing hysterically, and screeching at anyone who comes near her. It probably started over something small, no one really knows what it was. They just found her in the lounge room throwing a fit. It’s been a long day, multiple trauma’s and probably a case that hit too close to home. She’s exhausted and it’s all bubbling out of her. Everyone tries to help. Baran is on the floor as close as Trinity will let her, trying to talk her down. Cassie offered to take her for a drive, Dana has but on her stern “kid you need to take it down a notch” voice. None of it is working. Then Dennis and Victoria come inside from the garden, and are a little shocked at first because Trinity rarely throws a fit. Dennis is the first to react, asking where her paci is. Everyone is so confused, Paci? Trinity doesn’t have one. All of the other little’s do, but Trinity has never showed any interest. They assume Dennis is just asking because he’s seen Emma calm down when she gets her pacifier, and Dana starts to explain that it doesn’t work like that for Trinity. But Dennis is already going to Trinity’s room and emerging a moment later holding a blue pacifier with Squirtle on the front. When Trinity catches sight of it she stills for a moment. And when Dennis pops it in her mouth, she goes completely silent. The rest of the room freezes - because, how did they not know this?
Random hcs about the yellowjackets post rescue for safe and sound!
- Nat shaves her head almost immediately after getting out of the hospital. She can’t stand the grown out roots but doesn’t want to cover it up like those mouths never happened. Plus it makes her less identifiable for the media. On a similar note - Jackie cuts bangs when she gets out of the hospital, trying to reclaim some of her identity and also hide from the media.
- the doctors can tell Shauna has recently given birth as they are rescued only a few days after. She refuses to talk to anyone about it which means she is kept in the hospital for a while longer than necessary.
- Van whose mother actually shows up for the first few days. Sober, functional, and so glad her daughter is home. She kisses Van’s face, brushes her hair, tells her how missed she was. Until day three, when she shows late to visiting hours. Then day four, when she shows with her breath reeking of alcohol, then day five when she doesn’t show at all, and day six when she calls to tell Van she’s back in New Jersey and will see her when she gets out of hospital.
- Nat’s mum calls. That’s it.
- they all have feeding tubes at first but Jackie keeps hers longest. Everyone is so excited for food. trying to smuggle food they aren’t ready for yet into their hospital rooms. chips, chocolates, sodas, anything they can sneak from the hospital vending machine or bribe their parents to bring. All except Jackie, who will barely touch the hospital issued food specific for slowly treating their malnourishment. Jackie, who keeps getting caught trying to give her food to Shauna. Jackie, whose mother keeps praising how beautiful she has become, how thin, how glad she is to have her perfect little girl back. Jackie who, eventually, is still on tube feeds when all her friends are beginning to eat normal food again. Who sees the cheesesteaks and spaghetti she thought she missed so badly but somehow can’t bring herself to eat.
- Lottie will only talk to Nat. The nurses come and get silence, her parents get nothing, doctors ask questions and she stares at them blankly. But then they walk in on her curled in bed with Nat talking about everything and anything.
- Melissa and Gen making a game of listing things they’ll do once they get out of hospital. Stating things as simple as buying new hairbrushes to as wild as paragliding. Filling pages and pages of outlandish dreams and roping in anyone who will offer suggestions.
- Akilah’s family always trying to cheer everyone up - home cooked meals and a smiley toddler always bringing light to their ward.
- the girls are constantly grouping in each other’s rooms - no one is every truly alone, it doesn’t feel safe.
- tai going days with no sleep because she’s scared what the doctors will say if they catch her sleep walking.
- Misty is constantly trying to stay busy and useful. She’s making someone else’s bed, she’s cutting Lottie’s dinner, she’s reading Jackie’s charts, she’s shadowing the primary care doctor. She just needs to stay wanted.
- Travis dreading every time his mum comes to visit because he is filled with guilt that he couldn’t bring his dad and brother back too.
- tiny acts of regression slipping through their “perfect survivor” acts. Shauna clinging to the “get well soon bear” her dad brought her. Van picking at the bandages on her face even as she’s actively being told not to. Nat’s thumb ending up in her mouth every time she falls asleep. Melissa having accidents constantly and sobbing when the nurses tell her she needs protection. Lottie refusing to walk even though she’s physically capable.
I wanna share a bed but in like a co-sleeping way. I’d have my own bed but why would I sleep alone when I could fall asleep being cuddled and pat and spoken gently too? not in any romantic sense, just a - im a baby, I won’t sleep if im not being held. And when I wake up in the middle of the night, fussy and tired, I’d have my back rubbed gently until I fall back asleep. Being cooed at in the morning, and instantly feeling so small and so safe. Getting to spend the first half hour of my day just cuddling and dozing. Never having to worry about being alone again.
True Samira and Trinity play date please??? I wanna see the cuteness
'this is your song". . ݁.💙 ₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁🪐 . ⊹ ₊ ݁.
Samira and Trinity have a playdate and sleepover, but Emery gets paranoid after her hearing aids die. 🧚
also requested by @prince-dragon1
added HOH Emery into this! lmk if anything's off!
mostly mowalsh centric.
Emery fluffs up her hair in the mirror.
You're fine Emery, she's just going for a playdate.
She was in jeans and a t-shirt. Something casual, but also presentable to go out in. This was fine. Samira's been over there before, this'll go well. She pops in her hearing aids and puts her hair back.
She used to hide them at the hospital but she stopped caring at this point.
The nerves were still getting to her though. Mostly hanging out with Yolanda, Baran, and Trin made her feel insecure in a way. They had it all figured out. Organized toys for Trinity, color-coded schedules, laid out wardrobes, it was perfect how they straightened everything out.
Meanwhile Emery's apartment had books everywhere, Samira's dolls piling up, she barely remembered to lay out their clothes for today.
Partially the reason she never invited them over. Started to outgrow the one bedroom apartment. She walks over to the bedroom. "Almost ready Mir? We gotta leave by 4"
"Yeah!" Samira yells back. "Getting my shoes!"
Samira had been staying over a lot lately. An apartment two floors above her caught on fire last week. There was minor damage, but Emery was scared to let her out her sight because of the whole ordeal. Samira's apartment was fine, but Emery was terrified the second she caught the words 'fire' and 'evacuation'
"Aw shit." Emery mumbles.
She forgot to charge her hearing aids the night before. Samira and her had gotten invested in another chapter book and dozed off. They should last the drive and back, right?
Samira was so excited to go over there. She didn't want to ruin it with this. She was teaching her how to sign, but they never had too much a need for it.
"Ready!"
Samira walks out with her hair in a long braid, casual dress, and converse. "Is-is it too much? It's too much right? I could just wear jeans and-"
Emery smiles. "No! No baby you look perfect, now let's get going, don't want to be late."
As they get in the car Emery's hearing aids make a little chime, the sound they make when they're close to dying.
"Aw no." Emery mumbles.
Samira tilts her head. "Something wrong?"
Emery shakes her head and starts the car. "Nothing to worry about Mir." She starts the drive towards Baran's neighborhood and taps her finger to the music. Just had to drop Samira at Baran's then she can run back to charge her hearing aids.
After a few minutes they pull up to the house and they hop out. Emery's nervously tapping her foot as Samira bounds up the porch and knocks. The door opens and Emery hovers behind and was about to go back to the car before Samira waves her forward.
Emery comes up the steps in slight concern before Baran bounds out the house. She looked frazzled as she tied her hair up and tossed Emery a schedule.
"HI!"
When was the last time she got sleep?
"MASS-" Baran clears her throat and tries to calm down. "Mass Casualty, ferry went down in the river, all hands on deck. I know you're off, but can you make sure the playdate goes well?"
Emery almost said no, but the look on Samira's face made her switch gears. What was the worst that could happen?
"Uh, yeah, I- I can do that."
Baran hugs her tightly and smiles. 'Thank you! I'll make it up to you, girl's day next weekend on me!" She sprints to her car and pulls out the driveway as quick as she can.
"So, what do I-" She turns around and Samira had already gone inside. Emery walks in and takes off her shoes, seeing Trinity and Samira playing on the rug with their dolls. She gives them a quick wave before looking down at the messily scrawled schedule Baran had tossed at her.
5pm, Toys.
6pm, Dinner, leftovers.
7pm, Movie!
8:30, Bedtime! (don't take trinity's bribes.)
Seemed easy enough. Emery goes to the kitchen to start getting dinner ready when,
her hearing aids die.
And the world goes silent.
Fuck. I didn't I-
I can't leave them alone.
Traffic would be a nightmare with the ferry crash even if she took them with her to the apartment to charge them. She stands there for god knows how long contemplating.
"....?"
"..... .....?"
"Emery?"
Her head slowly turns behind her to look at Samira and Trinity's equally concerned looks. They were both talking at the same time making it hard for her to read lips.
Trinity slowly gets up and tilts her head before saying something. Emery still looks confused before she takes out her hands.
Food?
Trinity signs.
That's right, Emery thinks. Princess had been teaching Trinity some ASL. It might be limited, but it was their best bet on communication for the time being. She thinks before signing her next words.
Yes. Tell S-A-M-I-R-A to wash up.
Trinity squints and has to ask her to do it again before nodding and running over to Samira to drag her to the sink. Emery microwaves the leftovers, keeping her eyes on it so she doesn't miss anything.
They eat dinner in silence. Samira and Trinity didn't feel right talking if Emery couldn't hear them completely. Emery sighs and eats. Why didn't I charge them? Now they're gonna be walking on eggshells instead of having any fun.
Trinity gets an idea and says something to Samira before running upstairs. Emery tilts her head and Samira just shrugs.
Trinity comes back with a pile of books and dumps them on the rug. Emery's about to chastise her on cleanliness before she sees what they are.
Various picture books on different signs in ASL. One on food, one on conversation, and a few basics.
Emery was gonna cry. Samira takes a seat next to Trinity and starts reading with her.
Emery adds a quick note to the calendar before joining them.
7pm, Movie! Learn ASL.
"Good! Do it again!"
Samira tries a few times before successfully signing,
Hi, my name is Samira Mohan.
Emery hugs her tight and Trinity claps. They end up going until 8:30 right when Baran comes back. She says something as Trinity runs up to her, probably to tell her about the hearing aids.
Baran gets a shocked apologetic look and says something for Trinity to translate.
Mama wants to charge hearing aids, Landa has extra charger.
Emery gives a thumbs up as Baran takes the hearing aids and darts upstairs. Trinity yawns and follows her up. She could feel Samira's footsteps come up behind and hug her. She leans into her touch and smiles as they head upstairs.
Emery ends up sleeping over, Baran had made an excuse about the traffic being bad and it'd be bad for her to drive. Yolanda was stuck at the hospital and likely wouldn't be back until morning.
Emery takes a quick shower and joins Samira in bed. Samira releases her stuffed animal deer and looks up at her.
Lullaby? She signs. It wasn't neat, but luckily she remembered from the book. Emery sighs and points to her ears and her throat. Couldn't exactly catch a tune at the moment.
But it's yours.
Samira signs something that fully makes a tear drop down Emery's face.
Doesn't matter. This is your song. Hearing or not.
She cuddles close next to Samira and thinks for a few seconds before humming. She couldn't catch her own volume but Samira just smiles and leans in closer.
again please let me know if i got anything off or wrong about hard of hearing and deafness, I did my own research but I definitely could've gotten some things off 😭

happy pride month to those in the closet. to those who went back into the closet. to those who have unsupportive families, friends and relationships. those who were bullied and harassed because of their identity. those who were killed because of who they truly were and loved.
forced caretaking as a trope i think is like cocaine to people who know they need to be taken care of but have mental blocks in the way like yeah please do gently force me into a state of vulnerability so my body learns it is a safe thing to feel around you
This has gotta be a hit with the girlies who have always wanted something terrible to happen to them just so people realize they're in more misery than their outward appearance lets on
addison’s cell phone rang as she brushed her teeth in the bathroom. she rushed out, wrapped in a towel from her shower to pick it up. “dr. montgomery.” she answered.
she heard two voices talking back and forth, making her eyebrows furrow. “..hello?” addison answered annoyingly. “dr. montgomery, i need your help.” it was a man’s voice. a voice she recognized.
“o’malley?? how did you even get my number- this is my personal phone.” addison put her hand on her hip, still holding her toothbrush. “it’s izzie. meredith and i can’t get her to stop crying, and she keeps asking for you. like, in almost every sentence.” george spoke with a confused tone, and addison’s face crumpled into sadness.
“i’ll be right there.” addison hung up the phone before george could reply, putting on some comfortable clothing, putting some of izzie’s comfort things in her purse and getting in her car.
-
addison got to the house, knocking on the front door. meredith was the one to open it, trying not to show her surprise to see addison in such casual clothing and no makeup on.
“she won’t let us do anything. i don’t want her to make herself sick.” meredith spoke, leading addison up the stairs. when they got to izzie’s door, they heard the girl weeping pitifully from behind it. meredith nodded, walking down the hall to leave addison with izzie.
addison opened the door, seeing izzie curled up on her side, her back facing the door. the girl whined, hearing someone walk in, thinking it was george or meredith with another attempt to comfort her.
“izzie-bear.” addison sang, making the girl turned around with red, teary eyes. addison saw the wave of relief wash over izzie as she held her arms out, just wanting to be held.
addison sits on the bed and pulls the younger girl into her lap, kissing her forehead. izzie just sighed and rested her head on addison’s shoulder, tired from all the crying. “what’s the matter, sweetie? can you use your words for me?”
“m-miss denny. and sad ‘cause can’t do stuff a’ work, and george mean to me.” izzie whined at the end, almost beginning to cry again. addison was so sad about her girl having so much on her mind.
“what did george say to you?”
“sumthin mean ‘bout denny, bu i made him mad first.”
“that’s still not okay for him to bring up denny, sweetheart.” addison stroked the girls blonde locks, still trying to get her settled. she saw the girl’s eyelashes fluttering, trying to fight sleep. “can you lay down for me, sweetie?” addison fixed the blanket so izzie could slip under without moving so much.
addison laid down with the younger girl, getting under the blanket with her. addison grabbed her purse, and she pulled out the folded pink baby blanket that izzie loved rubbing her face against for comfort, and “goodnight moon” the girl’s favorite book. addison cracked the book open, ready to read.
“m’mmy.” izzie mumbled out of nowhere, her cheeks still baby pink from crying. she was still trying to get comfortable with calling addison that, she was just shy. addison smiled without teeth, pulling the girl closer to her chest. “mommy’s here, baby girl.”
This is gunna sound crazy but like.. Imagine Little!Trinity with her caregivers at a pride festival or event and she's just this little ball of energy
"with my sunshine baby." 🏳️🌈✨‧₊˚♪ 𝄞₊˚⊹
Yolanda and Baran bring a rambunctious Trinity to a pride parade. Chaos ensues.
happy pride!! i was lowkey saving this request for this month to get through.
p.s. this is one of my favorite songs of all fucking time. ❤️
Trinity squirms as Baran ties her shoes in the car. "Mama! No!" Baran just laughs and makes sure they're double knotted before getting the sunscreen out. "Hold still duckling!" Trinity sunburned so easily because of how much she hated sunscreen.
"No!" She dramatically spits at the taste as Baran starts rubbing it all over her.
They had been planning to go to Pittsburgh Pride for a while, with mostly Trinity leading the way in all of the planning. She'd been begging to go for all the festivities. Baran was kinda new to the whole thing, Yolanda and Trinity had been out as lesbians practically their whole lives while she only figured out she was bi after her divorce.
Trinity squirms as the sunscreen gets rubbed on and pouts. "Done yet?" Baran smiles and puts a final touch on her nose and pressing a kiss there. "Thereee we go." Yolanda hops out and makes sure the cars locked before taking the goodies out her tote bag.
Trinity and her wore lesbian bandanas and Baran had a bisexual one. "Ready!" Trinity giggles and holds both their hands. They parked a block away from the event so there was a fairly short walk. Yolanda initially wanted to avoid parallel parking at all costs but they managed.
Trinity walks slightly ahead and starts rambling excitedly. She had regressed pretty young which meant she had a buttload of energy that was bound to run out by mid afternoon.
"Mama! Da! Move faster! Slow!"
Baran shakes her head and smiles. "Where do you think she puts all this energy?" Yolanda pops her gum and shrugs. "Enjoy it Baran, and she drank her water right?" Trinity had the bad habit of not drinking her water when she was supposed to, usually leading to dehydration spells and exhaustion.
Baran nods. "Three bottles, I was on-on top of it."
"Yeah I- Trin be patient!" Trinity had resorted to grabbing both their hands and dragging them towards the event. The music gets louder as they get closer to the parade. Trinity giggles and gets peppier as more people walk past. Couples, parents and kids, friend groups, she hadn't seen this many happy people in a while.
"Trin baby, stay by us okay?"
"But I wanna see!" Yolanda pats Trinity's head. "I know but there's a lot of people around and-" She turns around to took at Baran who's gazing around in pure awe. She's surprised to see her staring before she looks back down embarrassed.
"Um. Just don't wander off Trin, okay?" Trinity nods before leading them towards more of the event. She gets pins from a few people, a drag queen gives her a fan, and she gets facepaint of a unicorn in lesbian colors.
Baran follows behind while Trinity and Yolanda do all the activities. Yolanda only really notices when they get to the barricade to watch the parade.
"Baran?"
"B?"
"Baran!"
Baran snaps back in as Yolanda waves in front of her face. "Are you okay? Did you take your meds and everythi-"
"Yeah! Yeah it's not that, I'm fine I just-"
She glances at Trinity who had earplugs in due to the noise of the cars and the cheering. Yolanda tilts her head. "You've been kinda off since we got here."
Baran sighs out her nose and glances out at the parade. Specifically at the flags.
"I just- do I deserve to be here?"
"What?" Yolanda tilts her head. "What does that even-"
"I just mean-" She keeps her voice loud enough for Yolanda to hear her but quiet enough so Trinity doesn't. "I only just figured out who I am. Most of these people have probably known for what- their whole lives? High school? I-"
"Feels like I haven't had a lot of time, yknow?"
Yolanda clicks her tongue in thought before nudging her shoulder. "Know what I think?"
"Doesn't matter if you figured it out in high school, or college, or-" She gestures to the crowd. "What matters is that you're here, and you're happy."
Baran lets a few tears fall before she nods. "Besides," Yolanda continues, pushing her hair back. "I think it suits you." She pulls Baran into a quick kiss before turning around to hug Trinity.
"Da! Look! Dwag Queens!" Trinity waves her flag and yells as loud as she can to catch all the confetti in her hair.
Baran was left blushing after that. "Mama why are you red?"
"J-just t-the h-eat Trin, nothing to worry about." After the parade finishes Trinity sleepily starts walking back. It was around 4 now, past Trinity's naptime.
"Alright come on." Yolanda lets Trinity hop onto her back the rest of the way back. "Da, no tired." But they both know better. If they stayed out longer Trinity would end up napping on the sidewalk.
They make it back to the car and put Trinity in the back. She had somehow dozed off. Yolanda pops a pacifier in her mouth and closes the door before they start the drive to the house.
"Wish pride was every day, Yoli."
Yolanda smiles and pulls out into the road with a head nod.
Sleeping Sickness Chapter 42: Ours Was Just a Love Gone Wrong
In a turn of events that surprises Cassie, she and Harrison are granted the right to move in with Dana by the Family Courts as long as he is able to continue to attend the same school. Chad and Chloe are angry at the change to the custody situation, and even though Dana has a bad feeling about it, Cassie agrees to meet with Chad to discuss the move.
A/N: Guys, no being mad at me okay? It's a ✨ Chad Episode ✨ And as such, content warning for... Everything??? This is a toughie. Substance use mention, addiction, domestic violence and implied sexual abuse. Only the drug use is explicit.
imagine mama dana caring for a sick little ( ˃ ⌑ ˂ഃ )
- ☁️
guh thank you for this!! this is little!emma with cg!dana, I hope that's okay!! If you want someone else you can send another ask in (I can write Dana with Cassie, Frank & the pittlings) trigger warning for vomiting and other sickness related grossness, alongside a brief mention of pull-ups
Emma would have started showing symptoms in the days before it fully hit her. Just a little sniffly. The flu had been going around recently, but she thought she'd be fine. So she didn't tell Dana. No use bothering her for no reason. Emma was fine.
Until she woke up at 3:30am, threw up all over herself and the bed, regressed immediately and started sobbing. Her head hurt, and she felt too hot, but her body was shaking. It was all yucky. Her sobbing would end up waking up Dana, who isn't a very heavy sleeper anyways, and she'd immediately pull Emma into a hug.
“‘s okay, love. You feel gross, huh? Don't worry about the bed, I can clean it. Lets just focus on you for now, okay?”
She'd soothe Emma until she was calm enough to carry into the bathroom, setting her down on the toilet lid and grabbing the thermometer. 102.5°F.
“Oh lamb... No wonder you're so upset. Mama’s got you.. Lets get you in a cool bath, and then you can have some medicine to help with the fever, okay?”
Emma would be fussy and clingy, not understanding why she felt so horrible and not wanting to be away from her Mama. So she'd end up crying again when Dana stops touching her in some way. So, they compromise for the bath. Dana sits down next to the bath and holds Emma's hand. Her back would hate her in the morning, but it was worth it to keep her baby happy.
Once Emma was clean, Dana would get her dressed into something light — maybe a sleeveless onesie. She'd put a pull-up on her too, just in case, as Emma would be really little. Emma would fuss about it once she was big again, but it was better than her being little and upset if she had an accident while ill.
Medicine would cause some problems. Emma didn't like swallowing pills when big, let alone when she was mentally only a year or two old. It'd bring on more tears because of how tired Emma was, but eventually Dana would manage to get her to swallow them.
They'd head back to bed, with a bowl next to them incase Emma needed to throw up again, and Dana would try to get Emma to settle, rocking her, singing to her. Anything to get her to calm down. Dana would struggle seeing her little lamb so distressed, self-soothing with her pacifier and letting out little cries of frustration when she can't sleep. But she'd hold her and soothe her until eventually she passed out from exhaustion.
They'd repeat that everytime Emma woke up to throw up or just because she didn't feel good. Dana would re-check her temperature, monitoring it closely to make sure it didn't get worse, which thankfully it didn't. They repeated medicine when it was safe to do so again, and by the time morning hit, they were both exhausted.
Dana would give Emma something light to eat for breakfast, just some toast or something else not likely to make her sick. And some water in a bottle since she definitely couldn't stomach anything else right now. She'd feed Emma with Emma tucked against her on her lap, praising her everytime she ate another mouthful.
Emma wouldn't be able to keep it down, throwing it up 20 minutes later, but Dana would soothe her again, tell her that it was okay, that they'd try again later.
Emma would cry alot, too little to verbally express how horrible she felt, so it came out like that instead. Dana wouldn't get angry at her, she knows her baby is just trying to communicate. She makes a mental note to ask Trinity and baby sign language later, knowing she'd taught Baran it as the girl also struggled to talk when little.
Emma would spend most of the day sleeping or crying. Only really waking up if she felt sick or needed to take more medicine. But her fever hadn't gotten any worse, and by dinner time it was actually down to an even 102°F.
They'd try again with food at dinner. Emma would be fussy and not want to eat, scared of throwing up again. But Dana would comfort her, reminding her that we need food to fuel our bodies, and that Mama would be there if she did throw it up. And they'd wait. 10 minutes. 20 minutes. 30 minutes. Emma kept it down. Which Dana was relieved about, worried about her girl going the whole day without food.
Emma would go to sleep not long after, and basically sleep through the night. She only woke up to dry heave a few times, or when Dana woke her for medicine and to check her temperature. Dana would finally actually manage to get a few hours of sleep, no longer feeling like if she stopped watching Emma she'd stop breathing or her fever would get worse.
Emma's fever would break the following afternoon. She'd keep down breakfast and lunch, and start perking up by mid afternoon. She'd stay small, exhausted from the past couple of days, but better than before. By the following day, she was asking Dana to play, and slowly coming out of her regressed state.
And Dana would just be glad her baby was okay. And she did always enjoy getting to take care of her, even if it was under less than ideal circumstances.
Thinking bout teen!cassie... (Warning for talks of drug addiction)
Teen!Cassie who doesn't realise she regresses for the longest time because she just thought she was having an off day.
Teen!Cassie who only realises because little!Trinity calls her papa and she physically recoils. Gets this bone-deep discomfort she's never gotten before. “Papa! Papa! Come play with me!!” “... Uh.. Not papa right now Trin, please. Call me Cass instead.” “‘kay. Cass come play?” “... Sure. Why not kid. What we playing?”
Teen!Cassie who doesn't tell anyone about it because she doesn't think it's relevant. She doesn't regress very little like the others so she doesn't need a caregiver.
Teen!Cassie who ends up telling Dana because Dana was showing physical affection and it freaked her the fuck out. “morning love (leaning in for a kiss)” “(shakes her head repeatedly) nonono. Small, Dana. Cass, not Cassie.”
Teen!Cassie who then had to have a long talk about the fact hiding the fact she was regressing, even just to a teenager, was unsafe. And why it was unsafe. (It ends with Cass crying) “(hic) I'm sorry, Dee. I didn't mean to be stupid. I just didn't think it mattered.” “Oh Cass, it's alright. You’re alright. You're not in trouble. I just want to keep you safe and comfortable.”
Teen!Cassie who exclusively wants to be called Cass, and feels deeply uncomfortable when people call her Cassie.
Teen!Cassie who knows that probably something she should explore with herself but like... Gotta work.. (Insert "probably nonbinary but I have a job so idrc" meme)
Teen!Cassie who enjoys playing big sibling to the pittlings when she's like this. If she can do it in her own way. “yeah, sure Vic. You can bite the wooden block. But when your teeth hurt, you're the one telling Dee why you're upset” or “fu— frick yeah I wanna go climb trees. See, you think about the real shit, Frank! Oh. Whoops. Don't tell Dee I cussed she'll take me gameboy.”
Teen!Cassie who is full of whimsy to hide the unspeakable horrors underneath (read: drug addiction.)
Teen!Cassie who gets worse urges than big!Cassie because she uses her regression to work through her issues from that time. And addiction is a big one for her.
Teen!Cassie who is a real asshole sometimes when the cravings are bad. (Because littles aren't perfect!! Not everyone's regression is positive!!)
Teen!Cassie who doesn't like touch 99% of the time. But occasionally she'll initiate affection with people she cares about and it means the world to them whenever she does!
Teen!Cassie who has a punching bag hung up for her in the house for bad days when she needs to get her feelings out in safe ways. (Dana's idea, Trinity ends up using it herself sometimes. It helps Trinity so Cassie is fine sharing.)
Teen!Cassie who gets put in time out (Dana's desk) when she regresses at work because otherwise she'll try and treat paitents and last time that happened she almost fought a guy out in chairs for yelling at the nurses.
