Every member of the JL has a batkid that scares them more than the others. And every month like clockwork they gather together to discuss why the fear of their kid is more valid than the others. It’s like book club except it’s just them review mission reports for only the bat kids.
People tend to fear Dick for his ability to go completely feral with maxed out charisma. Seriously, he was on a diplomatic mission and punched the prince of a hosting delegation in the face, but he managed to charm the leaders into somehow believing Dick was not at fault.
Tim is…Tim. People still shudder just thinking of all the things that never got mentioned in the Bruce Quest Mission reports. There are mission reports from the Young Justice that causes some to break out in a cold sweat when they’re reminded of it. Tim can lie to Batman. He’s the only one who really successfully can. (Dick is more emotional manipulation than outright lying and Jason likes to throw shit in Bruce’s face instead of hide it). Tim knows everything. Literally secrets cannot be kept from him. He’s a fucking bloodhound. They were once debriefing on a potential disaster and Tim laughed at them because “oh I already handled that, give it another day and it’ll all fall apart.”
Jason, arguably, is the most tame. Typically sticks to his territory, but the few times he gets pulled into JL missions? Hooo boy. Sometimes they forget he was Bat and league trained and then eventually he reminds them. When Jason goes quiet you should be scared.
Damian is more of a sassy lost child kinda vibe. Most are intimidated by his record than the kid himself. That being said, Damian has a knack for seeing and pointing out every little flaw you have. One time Tim dared the kid to take down an enemy without fighting and the JL played witness to the most Brutal, deprecating verbal beatdown they’ve ever seen. Seriously, the BBG surrendered so long as Damian was not wherever the fuck they planned on sending him.
So yeah, the JL gathers together with copies of their designated batkid’s mission reports, ready to convince the other’s to see why they should definitely fear Tim/Damian/Dick/Jason more when Bruce shows up.
He doesn’t say anything, just slides over a mission report discussing how his four sons had effectively infiltrated and took over a small country via a coup which came about via their destabilizing efforts in the span of a week. Technically it was to stop a global distribution of a highly addictive and deadly new drug, but reading through the reports showed the drugs were an after thought.
“I have to let them get their super villain enrichment every now and then or this planet wouldn’t survive,” Batman explained turning to leave. “And you’re all wrong. You should be afraid of Oracle. My boy’s will do anything she asks of them no questions asked.”
