Within a month she clocked his vigilante activities and helps come up with excuses at work and the likes. She's basically his work wife, on the same wavelength, and he realises one day he started to rely on her and care about their routine more than he thought. Bruce is captain of the ship bc she's one of the people Tim trusts to help with his workload and life issues and his son needs a rock to rely on
A/N: I'm so sorry if this is ooc, I'm running on fumes and sorry if this is short or shit.
-Tim had a lot on his plate
-being Red Robin, high school, managing his father's company's affairs, being kidnapped every week like a timer
-for him, basically a typical Tuesday
-so after he and Bruce combed through the internet to find the best looking resume, he hired you as his secretary so work could be taken off his plate
-although you were suspicious about him
-the consistent excuses every night, saying he was going out to hang with a friend or he was going to the gas station to grab a snack, even though it was 2 AM and the gas station closed at 10
- eventually, after watching him type the password into the Batcomputer so many times, you memorized it and later after he had disappeared with yet another excuse, you quickly copied the password into the sign in box
-boom, you were in the Wayne computer
-of course you had dealt with Tim's files before but that was business
-this was VERY different
- security cameras all over Gotham flooded the screen, along with criminal records from Gotham's syndicates and tracking systems
-it was honestly impressive how much work he had put into stalking EVERYTHING
-soon enough you'd start giving him hints that you knew about it, suggesting articles on where certain villains whereabouts and some personal intel from people you knew
-eventually he confronted you on it
-"Y/N, look, we need to talk-"
"Don't waste your breath, I know."
"What?"
-soon enough, you two fell into a rhythm
-while he'd do things like research while chugging his 4th cup of coffee and trying new fighting stances, you would help him whenever his suit broke or whenever he needed stitching up after a bad fight
-it turned into a mutual bond of trust
-but ome day, Tim was running on fumes and you were begging him to take a break
"Tim, it's not healthy!"
"So? This won't get done by itself!"
"So I'll do it."
-going back and forth eventually turned into insults which turned into:
"Can you stop hovering over me?! Jesus, you're a secretary, not my nanny!"
-by then, you had decided to teach him a lesson by doing the exact opposite of what you were paid to do
-nothing
-the first day was fine, it was a slow day but Tim got through easily
-by the second week, it was a shitfire
-Tim was so busy with research essays that he hadn't noticed that Harley had been stirring up trouble over the past three days, his suit had a tear on its side from a nasty fight with Killer Croc that still wasn't mended, and his room was a pigsty
-by that time, Dick was begging you to help his brother again
-you agreed, only on the condition that Dick would talk to him first
-on Tuesday, Tim caved and pinched his temple
"I'm sorry."
"For?"
"For taking you for granted and... just being an asshole."
-you accepted the apology and started helping Tim again, the routine going smoothly once more

Premise: Jason was hardened. Kind of like a grumpy teddy bear. But around you... he was soft. Like a gooey, soft cookie fresh out the over. (Aka Jason being grumpy towards everyone and his family catches him being a softie towards Y/N)
-Jason is always grumpy towards everyone
-criminals he fights, his friends, siblings, Bruce.
-but he's a softie for you
-he'll keep up the tough guy act around his family but when you both are alone, expect forehead and neck kisses, cuddling, whispered nothings, etc
- he'll go on late night motorcycle rides with you if you js wanna get out of the apartment for a bit
-he'll always give you his jacket if he even sees you shivering
"You cold, baby?"
"I'm fine-"
*cue him shrugging off his jacket and leaning down to put it on your shoulders*
-the thing he loves the most is when you'll just sit with him while he's reading and a comfortable quiet lingers in the air
-whenever he has bad days (which let's be honest, it's Jason, he has a LOT of bad days), he'll just listen to you yap about anything. Books you've read, a new fact you learned, your day, just anything.
-it helps him take things off his mind
-on rare occasions, you've convinced him to let you put on his Red Hood helmet and pretend to be him *cue the fake gun hands and angst*
-when Jason first got exposed for being a softie, it was on night patrol with his brothers
-you both had unfortunately encountered Bane, which was a five man effort to take him down
-Bane had slammed you into an alley wall, breaking your arm
-you cried out in pain, grabbing Jason's attention and distracting him from noticing Bane's 400 pound ass hurling at him
-Damian quickly created a giant cut against Bane's thigh, creating a distraction so Jason could rush over and check on you
-you hissed in pain as he gently lifted your arm, checking the damaged area
"You okay, baby?"
"It hurts like hell but I'll live."
-you had an emergency pack on you, filled with bandages, alcohol, wraps, etc in case if you or Jason got badly hurt
-he immediately got out the cast roll and started on your shoulder, supporting your broken arm as he started to support your broken arm
-he was trying to keep you calm as you groaned in pain from your broken bone shifting, constantly whispering "you'll be fine, don't look at it, look at me" and other supportive things
-when you all got home, scratched but still alive, his brothers teased him RELENTLESSLY for being a softie
"I mean, who knew? The Red Hood who always acts like he has a stick up his ass, being a softie!"
"Shut up, Dick."

What about Reader being the protagonist in a strange case that catches Batman's attention, like a murder, robbery, or being in the wrong place at the wrong time, but Batman is busy (or a lame excuse), so they send Tim to gather clues or solve it, and yk a romance develops between them, and so on
