I can't see clearly but he seemed pouring oil on the beef and burn it with fire, which is big mistake. Oil can't touch flame directly or it will burn. Left a bitter taste and increase the chance of cancer. You should only use alcohol to catch fire like how he did with the desert. Oil fire is yellow red and alcohol fire is more blue. Also, don't cook a giant beef cuz every part of meat need different temperature and thats why stakes divided by sections, and also why T bone is super sacrilegious cuz it has two different sections of meat in one cut so its never gonna cook perfectly for both parts. Anyway, wrongfully use of oil is a common mistake even in professional cooks cuz if they aren't train in good culinary school they probably never learn these informations. I have seen many train by job cooks can do wonderfully dishes but lack some basic knowledg.

Why is it so hard to just respect the Creator's wishes and pronounce as he wish? It doesn't have to follow the English rule since language is always changing and its his made up word. Respect and understand sometimes no matter what you think, it's none of your business. You have no rights on how that word should be pronounce, it's not your baby, you don't get to name it or question if it's a good name. That's rude and again, not your business.

I'm sorry but it's completely wrong about me, I got red. But I never into any long relationships, I always the one who quit. I'm passionate but my passion runs out pretty quick. I like to do one thing for couple years only think of that, then completely abandon it one day cuz I suddenly bored. I'm very depressed since childhood, and I don't have anything to depressed haha. No bad things happened on me, just some tiny ups and downs all pretty normal stuff. I just generally hate living.

No matter how many people you met, no one would really understand you. And life is just a long struggle feeling unfit. Like when I do a quiz, there's no options really can represent me. I know the meaning of life, it's just living, continue exists. There's no mystery or higher meaning, those are things we put on. We are just one kind of living thing, not more or special, we are the same as virus to higher life form. But we wouldn't understand what that would be, like bacteria couldn't imagine human.

The society is wrong, capitalism is wrong, government and economy are both unnecessary if we just fuking control ourselves. democracy is wrong cuz majority of people are stupid, but they get to decide how things go. What do you think would happen? Everything should be open source for everyone to see and check, get rid of capitalism cuz it block poeple to make something truly great but just consumer purpose so creates wastage. Country don't have to exist if no government, just human being working together to improve us in biology speaking. Check everyone's DNA and give those better gene more chance to populate and get rid of bad gene. Yeah yeah it's not humanity or blablabla, but is it humanity when in first world country spend millions to save one kid has a rare genetically problem but in third world contry tons of healthy kids die for lack of resources? Are they not human just because they are in different countries? Am I the weird person to care? Why everytimes I try to share my pain about the injustice, people even my family act like I'm being annoy and unrealistic. What's the fuking realistic? Only cares about things happening around you or celebrity gossip? While the rich is killing us and we still fight with each other? Everyone knows there's wrongs in our society but it's too big and too hard to fix, and the ones with powers to fix happen to be those who play the game pretty well. Who would change the rules when you're winning? So we are all dying but its ok as long as we all die together. Like if someone told you the world is gonna end tomorrow, you find peace with it. But if they told you you're gonna die, then that's more horrible right lol. It's just so stupid, everything, and I'm being stupid by still living. Its a boring game and I never sign up to play. Now it's hard to quit cuz i have to kill myself and its hard to do when you have family and friends that would never understand why you do that. I'm in pain every living moment, but they couldn't related cuz they never that sad and breaking by the world. They don't understand why I care, but I don't understand why they, or most of the people don't.

When I said Im thinking about remove my uterus since I'm not gonna have kids and I hate period so much, my mom freaked out.

I'm in my late 30s already, I'm an grown ass woman, I didn't come up this idea one day woke up. I have been considering for years, and in my age and society states, I feel like there's not much chance I would change my mind about kids. And suffering period month after month is just a waste. I'm not gonna use that part of my body, so why keep tolerant the inconveniences it brings? JK Rowling, transgender

Well, lots of people questioning her being transphobia, feeling their childhood memory been destroyed by the Author. I don’t think you should jump to that conclusion so soon. 

Personally, I don’t particular like her or dislike her. But I don’t think she is transphobia or discriminating transgender people. I kinda understand what she means. For me, I think gender kinda like race. If some white people say they consider themselves black, would you accept that? Most black people probably wouldn’t. and they might even mad or laugh at them. I think its actually very similar except no one would sympathize those white people.

But why not? We should respect people’s gender identified but not race identified? I’m not being sarcasm, I’m quite serious. I think there are always people gonna feel “you’re not like that when you’re born genetically so you couldn’t understand being like that, therefore, you could never truly be that”. But how do we really know another person’s feeling? If someone can feel like they were woman/man but in the wrong body, then why not someone can feel like they should be a black or latino or asian? Would that be so wrong if they consider themselves as different race? I understand people could find this kinda things offensive, but why would you be offended by people wanna be like you? 

Also, there gonna be people don’t like I put race and gender like the same thing. But think about it, they do actually similar. they’re a genetic thing but related to discrimination, culture, self identify and social issues. I just like to bring something for you to think about. Cuz I feel like nowadays sometimes people might attacking on the wrong targets and crucified them way too quick. We are talking about tolerant and respect here, don’t be the same type of people you try to eliminate.

After such a long writing with my not so great english, I vaguely remembered I kinda already wrote something similar months ago... Ah. Anyway, just clarified in the end, I respect everyone’s choice of how they defined themselves and I don’t think that’s anyone’s business unless it’s criminal. Like pedophile is not a self identify and no one need to respect that. Bestiality also a crime of animal abuse so furry be careful with the line between fantasy and reality. And also, if your self identity is vampire or werewolf, then I might have some concern of you. But if you’re not biting people, then I don’t think that’s my business to judge you.

Oh, on my stand on the JK Rowling thing? uh, just like I said, I don’t think she’s that awful like some people really hating her for saying those things. But I really don’t think those are that bad. Don’t go into defense mode too quick. She’s providing an angle of opinion. She’s not rejecting transgender. like I use the metaphor of race changing, there are gonna be people questioning if they can truly related to something they genetically not. If a black guy doesn’t accept a white guy try to be black, you wouldn’t blame that black guy right? so why you feel so betrayed by JK Rowling? 

Even they don’t understand, they still accept you, that’s what important. that’s respect in my opinion. I wouldn’t dream to ask people have to accept my believe with all their heart, or they are same as my enemy. I think that’s too far. would you?
