The rivalry between Robby and Miguel runs so much deeper than the one between Daniel and Johnny ever did. It is not just about karate and a teenage love triangle. While they both initially didn't like each other upon meeting due to Miguel seeing Robby with Sam and Robby seeing Miguel with Johnny, giving him things that his dad had promised to give him as a kid. Like if I was Robby, I'd be hurt too. To see my dad put more effort into some random kid and not me. And then that same guy is his new friend/crush's boyfriend that felt the need to immediately start a fight him. That this animosity started with Miguel throwing that first punch. Because Robby’s first instinct was not to start a fight with Miguel. If they had both just spoken from the get-go, maybe it wouldn't have spiraled as it had. Because what was between them was not about just sam, while it may have started that way for Miguel. It was about Johnny. For Miguel, to finally have that father figure. For Robby, for his dad to finally put him first and try. Both of their desire for Johnny to love them and choose them, to be their dad.

I just finished watching season 2 of XO kitty and am I the only one who is dying inside already ready for a season 3. Like they keep getting my hopes up about Min Ho and Kitty getting together only for me to get immediately disappointed.

Don't come at me, but Im just going to say it. Miguel was totally in the wrong when him and Sam broke up the first time in season one . He sees something that makes him insecure about him and Sam's relationship and instead of staying sober and talking to her about it the next time he sees her, he gets wasted and then starts a fight with her new friend. A guy he's never met, and then proceeded to punch her in the face. I don't care if it was an accident. If I were her, I'd have broken up with him, too. Turning to alcohol as a coping mechanism and being an angry, jealous drunk are HUGE red flags.

I read this fic this morning and just tell me why this was giving me all the feels. Like yeah it makes sense that art would be a way for Tim and Damian to bond. But Damian being more angry then he has been in a while because he's the only one who can see how his older brother has been wronged. Having it be Damian who is getting through to Tim just makes me so emotional. It was so good 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I haven't watched thunderbolts yet (and a good amount of stuff since endgame) but I just found out that Bucky Barnes was a congressman for at hot minute?!?!? I'm all for it but how TF does JAMES BUCHANAN BARNES become an effing politician?!?!??! Like dude grew up during the great depression and was a soldier and a POW from ww2. And by the end of that they're just like yeah let's make him a politician🤣🤣🤣.

I can't be the only one who has been screaming at the screen this whole show about Brayden and Adrianna. Then yelling at Adrianna for the whole last 2 episodes because WTF is she doing with Freddie?!?!??! She shatters Brayden's heart into a million tiny pieces by kissing Freddie and he was still begging her to choose him. Because you can tell that it was always real for him. This isn't me hating Freddie because I do really like his character, it's me saying that Brayden deserved better.

I just found out that it's based on a book and I will be reading it as a separate entity, 2 different stories because that's what they are. I also like Freddie and I like their whole first love trope thing they have going on. I just don't feel like their endgame you know. Like Freddie will always be her first but Brayden will be her last, kind of thing.

so... I read "The Chalice of The Gods" cover to cover in one sitting yesterday. I didn't realize how much I missed seeing the OG trio interact until I got it back. Except now that I have, I can't let them go.

Because, of course, the only people Katniss wants in her corner are the very people that Haymitch had in his during his Quarter Quell. So, of course, when he says, "Of course you do," he really means it.

I'm halfway through watching Season 3, episode 9 of 'Ginny and Georgia' right now, and I have we usually only see Max for the most part from other people's POV, but this episode I really feel like Max. The feeling of always having to be fine and high energy. Of all of your friends being closer to each other than they are you. Having them intentionally or unintentionally leave you out and drift away from you. Feeling like you think, care, and worry more about those people than they do you. Wondering if they would even care as much about losing you as you would them. While I don't usually feel like I identify with Max in most ways, I really did with this storyline, and it really made me feel seen. A part of me wants a friend like Max, and I think it's because we both have those same thoughts of trying to be what everyone else needs.

(As im typing this, im wondering if i should try my hand at writing some kind of poetry or something about these feelings )

Have you ever read a fic with a ship you hate (or it genuinely disgusts you) but suffer through it anyway because you have been starving for a fic with a certain kind of plot, other ship, character dynamic, or something of the like that is present in the fic and cant be found anywhere else..

I'm rereading Catching Fire for the first time since I read Sunrise on the Reaping, and let's just say I'm not okay. Like every interaction Katniss has with Haymitch, Wires, Effie, Beetee, and Mags holds so much more depth now. In a way, that makes me teary. Because, of course, the only people Katniss wants in her corner are the very people that Haymitch had in his during his Quarter Quell. So, of course, when he says, "Of course you do," he really means it. Those words now hold a whole new meaning. Because of course, with how alike they are, Katniss sensed in a few hours of meeting them the same thing Haymitch has known in his bones for the last 25 years. That they are safe, they can be trusted.
