Of course, I like Setsu, I'm very much a Setsu simp, but I also just love Setsuri, so even tragic Setsuri where Yuri/the player is the only Gnosia left with human Setsu on the ship feels so cosmically and dramatically appropriate for em ;w;

One of my fave tropes is the one where character a gives everything and sacrifices themselves to save character b, and b just throws it all away and undos all that hard work for the sake of reversing the roles or trying to save them both, whether its successful or not. It's such a fun thing to pick apart, and it's neither a completely selfish nor selfless action.

My favourite Stella moment is in a loop where Stella was Gnosia and Jonas was not. After successfully putting all Gnosia into cold sleep Jonas gave a long ramblong speech basically ending with 'I'm glad Stella is in cold sleep and I do not miss her'. LeVi told him to apologize right now and he didn't. Next morning Jonas was found naked and frozen to death.

First of all hilarious that LeVi did in fact straight-up kill him for that. Second of all: deserved. Third of all: deserved but did he have to be naked??? Stella you don't need to do that he's already dead. Stella you can stop kicking him.

Setsu getting themself reassigned to some sort of military position where there's military spouses on the base, too, feat. shenanigans such as:

(After [unknown, hard to estimate span of time] having to judge and intuit how close the other is to them in out of order timelooping, being in the same world-line is like easy mode).

The gang plays Werewolf because Military are apparently trained on the anti-Gnosia procedure (and doing it with a fictionalized version avoids awkward moments like having to say "[so-and-so] is Gnosia")

It's disquieting how good Setsu and Yuri are at both cooperating, but also at really obscure, high level logical deductions - but what's even creepier is how unnaturally good Yuri is at the werewolf role.

I would like to offer the idea that Yuri always walks around looking like a kicked puppy when not with Setsu. And just looks like a puppy when with Setsu. But they seem like a weird cryptid or something to everyone with how they come off only to be able to switch into serious mode or say the most deranged thing they've gained from their time looping.
