Hi everyone, I'm Morgan, a young trans adult in the midwest. I can explain the elevated body temperature and heart rates of hybrids, but pretty much everything else makes no sense.

The short answer. Venom.
In canon, most hybrids aren't venomous. Meaning their bite won't turn a human into a vampire. However since hybrids have many vampire traits and venom is the basis of vampire physiology, I gotta belive that hybrids possess venom in some capacity. My guess is that venom is part of their bloodstream.
Human blood has four main components, red blood cells, white blood cells, plasma and platelets. I think that hybrid blood has a fifth component; vampire venom. In the books we get a decent description of the transformation process. What stands out the most is the feeling of being burned alive or being on fire. The pain of the turn is likened to heat in some way. I don't think it's venom alone that causes the burning; it's a chemical reaction that occurs when vampire venom mixes with human blood. Assuming that hybrid blood does contain venom, then a similar chemical reaction must occur. Because it's part of the hybrid physiology it doesn't cause them any pain it just elevates their body temperature.
Another description of the vampire transformation is the heart beating faster as it pumps venom through the bloodstream. During her transformation Bella describes her heartbeat as frenzied, jack-hammering, beating like helicopter blades and sprinting among other adjectives to describe an accelerated heartbeat. I think that a hybrid's heart is designed to work in the same way. The heart works faster to pump the unique hybrid blood through their system and this is what causes their fast heart rates.
In these ways, a hybrid is almost like a person that's permanently stuck in the transformation process minus the feeling of being burned alive.

Have you ever looked closely at a car windshield?
The edge of the glass is painted where it is glued to the car but it has these small dots between the clear and painted glass.
These are there for a reason. When the sun hits the glass the painted areas and the clear areas will absorb heat at different rates. This causes the glass to expand and contract differently putting stress on the glass.
These dots help the glass to warm up more evenly over a larger area so the glass does not suffer stress that could cause it to spontaneously explode.
Fun fact: the Tesla cybertruck doesn’t have these.

the unabomber was pedantic about idiomatic phrases like "have your cake and eat it too" and rephrased it to "eat your cake and have it too" (which to be very fair makes sense). fast forward to when he starts writing manifestos. he uses the phrase word for word in his pedantic style and his brother (who has been keeping his eyes on the unabomber shit for obvious reasons) notices the phrase and is like "oh fuck that's my fucking brother no one else fucking says that" and calls in an FBI tip
