Very appropriate of me in Disability Pride Month to have had an anxiety attack because my ADHD makes my emotions hard to regulate and so they got the better of me, I overthink, catastrophize and almost do something irreversible. Almost.

I'm better now that it's over but I am sleep deprived and for a moment there my chest hurt, breathing was a bit hard and I was wondering about what the symptoms of a heart attack were.

#I didn't do the irreversible thing so it's okay #got a bit of an embarrassing moment there when I went to talk to someone for advice #but being embarrassing in private irl is better than suffering over things I can't control #ADHD #disability pride month #neurodiversity #neurodivergent

Ok I needed to know the story and

Guy makes a really stupid decision and gets in a car accident -> no real damage from accident but insurance goes up -> starts beating himself up over his stupid decision -> gets depressed -> starts to realize he's single and had crash been worse he'd die alone -> realizes he's never had a relationship or even a crush and starts wondering what he'd want out of a relationship -> starts to realize he doesn't really like girls so he thinks he must be gay -> realizes he likes girls and boys about the same amount, so he must be bi -> later realizes that "same amount" is none at all -> he's ace

To celebrate pride I bought myself a nice shirt and a queer videogame >:3

Decided to delete the Obey Me I Do app, since the story is not good and the settings of journal and calendar don't really help me or add anything for me. Will instead wait for the new songs and content as well as the PC game.
