Ab day! I need to add some workouts to my routine, any suggestions?< http://ift.tt/2yqsVUp
What's your core workout? I might be (re)starting Judo soon and I need a strong core! But with what you've told me and my new "ab workout" (basically plank on a ball, rotate your arm six times clockwise, six times counter-clockwise, break and repeat for 3 sets)... I think I'll need some help! -- thatcanadiandudewiththighs
I have a video for my old ab routine on my youtube channel. Currently I alternate ab exercises every other workout day. These exercises rotate between:
3 sets of dragon flags, currently at 4 reps.
3 super sets of of 15 suspended leg raises and 15 suspended crunches for 30 total reps each set. Hanging leg raises/crunches are at 8 reps each because of difficulty.
One giant set of 70 crunches on an ab thing (looks sorta like this) with minimal rests (a few second to catch breath but no longer than 10 seconds).
3 sets of wood chops.
3 sets of planks at varying times.
Abs exercises meets yoga in this 30 min yoga flow that focuses on the core. Chelsea cleverly works you with seemingly easy, but extremely effective yoga workout sequences aimed to target stubborn areas in your midsection through a combination of strengthening plank exercises. Find the full video on our Youtube channel in the yoga playlist. Namaste!
Try this Pilates core workout to achieve total body toning through Pilates Plank exercises, with an emphasis on core strength and stability. You’ll get an amazing ab workout with Pilates exercises that go deep to target those key core muscles! The entire routine can be found on our Youtube channel in the Pilates playlist.
