Aspec warning labels
Source | Day 572
Happy pride especially towards EVERY a-spec person
Cishet =/= not queer. Conformant is the word you are looking for.
The opposite of queer is conformant. We are so sick of people saying "cishet" when they mean conformant.
A person could be...
-Intersex and cishet.
-Transcis/Cistrans/Trisgender and hetero (ie; some intersex people, some multigender people, etc.)
-Cishet and genderqueer.
-A-spec (anae-spec, afam-spec, apl-spec, asen-spec, ace-spec, aro-spec, aroace-spec, etc) and cishet.
-Cis and heteroflexible.
-Cishet and objectum.
-Cishet and auto-spec.
-Cishet with nontraditional attraction (queerplatonic, alterous, waveric, etc.)
There are many other examples, but you get the point! You can be cis and het while also being queer!
The constant pressure for people to give hugs, shake hands, or otherwise touch people is touch-normative and asenphobic. It is also ableist, because a lot of people are touch repulsed due to physical pain, sensory issues, anxiety/paranoia, or other symptoms of neurodivergence or physical/sensory disability.
"You'll change your mind someday." yeah, when they legalise cannibalism.
"Maybe you just haven't found the right person yet?" Yeah, my right person is the guy who will legalise cannibalism.
"You're just a late bloomer." Yeah, I'll bloom when they legalise cannibalism.
"I can fix you." Yeah, i bet you could, now lets go legalise cannibalism.
To my mind:
Asensuality is a conversation about consent in all forms.
Aromanticism is a conversation about the legal construct of marriage.
Asexuality is a conversation about personal connection to one's body.
Afamiliality is a conversation about expectations from birth.
Aplatonicism is a conversation about human connection.
Anstheticism is a conversation about the beauty industry.
Analterousness is a conversation about facing people as they are.
The anattractional spectrum is a conversation to be had about the complexity of humanity and the facets of innate human experience. If you do not think of these things, you are not taking certain concepts of feeling far enough. This is part of that 'more' to life.
Placio- terms
I made other attraction type's equivalents of placiosexual.
Placiosexual | Placiorose | Placioromantic
Placiosexual is not coined by me. It is a micro-label on the asexual spectrum defined as someone who enjoys performing sexual acts for other individuals but does not want them reciprocated.
Placiorose is someone who is both placiosexual and placioromantic.
Placioromantic is a micro-label on the aromantic spectrum defined as someone who enjoys performing romantic acts for other individuals but does not want them reciprocated.
Placioplatonic | Placioqueerplatonic | Placioalterous
Placioplatonic is a micro-label on the aplatonic spectrum defined as someone who enjoys performing platonic acts for other individuals but does not want them reciprocated.
Placioqueerplatonic is a micro-label on the aqueerplatonic spectrum defined as someone who enjoys performing queerplatonic acts for other individuals but does not want them reciprocated.
Placioalterous is a micro-label on the analterous/nonalterous spectrum defined as someone who enjoys performing alterous acts for other individuals but does not want them reciprocated.
Placioaesthetic | Placiosensual
Placioaesthetic is a micro-label on the anaesthetic/nonaesthetic spectrum defined as someone who enjoys performing aesthetic acts/ looking at other individuals but does not want that reciprocated.
Placiosensual is a micro-label on the asensual spectrum defined as someone who enjoys performing sensual acts for other individuals but does not want them reciprocated.
Here is part 2
