so here's an idea that I have in my head for quite a while because I absolutely get sad whenever is Sam and Tucker don't get involved in the fanfictions much as well as jazz or Ellie they're mostly used for plot convenience or to help Danny out but never to be their own characters.
So screw that give me dying world of Danny phantom planet and he and team phantom are desperately trying to save it Sam is mostly doing all the work of trying to revival kinds of plans only for it to fail because apparently this world has reached its time. They all hold each other and confess all the secrets to their parents since this is going to be the last time they're all going to be alive and maybe they can turn into ghost except clockwork has other plans
Clockwork Scoops up Danny , Sam , Tucker , Jazz , Ellie and Valerie from that world and drops them off in the DC universe exactly in the watchtower meeting room telling them that John Constantine owes him a favor as they sit there confused and obviously shaken because they're not going to die but their parents are! Obviously no teenager would be sane
So everyone in the watchtower is obviously panicked and as soon as they hear Constantines name they tried calling him only for Constantine to run into the watchtower look at the mess look at the note that's in his pocket and sigh bowing down.
"welcome high king of the infinite realms , princesses of the infinite realms , nature's treasure and voice , Pharaoh's reincarnation it is a pleasure to finally meet you though it is regretful that we meet in such circumstances"
Everyone is shocked at how respectful Constantine is because usually he takes a drink and wings it this is probably the most put together they've seen him.
Valerie is looking at her team with a face that shows absolute confusion a side eyes what are you hiding this time. The others look just as confused as her and they look at each other not sure what they should say. Constantine catches this and it takes a deep breath as if trying to calm himself down
"ah I figured. Are you all unaware of your statuses in the infinite realms? That shouldn't be a problem to explain though your ghost guardian has instructed me to give you to one of my colleagues for guardianship for adoption"
The others are even more alarmed at that because if some of them are supposed to take guardianship of these kids?! What do they do half of them are their jobs right now or fighting day crime.
Constantine gave them a look and guided the kids to a private area to explain whatever the heck he's going to explain. They should probably call the other League members...
That night a meeting has been set for all League members with the kids at the side of the room sitting really close to each other with Constantine looking at them worriedly. He sighed and took a small sip of alcohol as he began to explain
"alright mates here's the deal these kids are strong as fuck and important to the infinite realms basically the glue that holds all dimensions together. Their world has died and their ghost guardian who is telling itself instructed me to give guardianship to one of you or adoption rights although right now..."
He looked at the kids huddled up together at a corner as if waiting for a shoe to drop. Constantine side for what felt like the a millionth time that day
"for now let's stick to guardianship so which one of you idiots want to take the kids"
"you cannot drop a bombshell just like that you know"
"Constantine we need more explanations who are these kids and what they are and-"
"the infinite realms?! John who are these kids-"
Question after question has been dropped and John Constantine had enough
"ENOUGH I WON'T SAY ANYTHING UNLESS THESE KIDS ALLOW ME AS FOR A MEDICAL CARE I MADE A GOOD OLD REPORT LIKE BATSY ALWAYS WANTS SO SHUT YOUR MOUTHS IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO TAKES WHICH KID POINT IS YOU'RE GOING TO REACH THE SAME CONCLUSION!"
The argument continued
The kids looked at Constantine and then at the rest of the heroes. They looked at each other as if understanding a type of Morse code. Some heroes came close gently trying to question them or open up as it's clear that these kids aren't okay.
After much back and forth it finally landed on the topic that they needed to discuss the custody to which it was then decided.
The bat: Sam and Danny
Superman: Tucker
Wonder woman: Ellie
The flash: Jazz
Green arrow: Valerie
John Constantine: all of them because apparently they prefer him already
After the verdict was decided Danny immediately went to wonder woman explaining to her even threatening her to take care of Ellie well with the eyes of a father.
Sam was eyeing the bat suspiciously watching his every move
Ellie went over to Jazz to have what looked like a silent conversation I'm Danny occasionally like a silent agreement.
Tucker was eyeing everything around them particularly the tech equipment and Valerie was watching everyone
....
Here is what I imagine the interactions at each home will be like although I mostly imagining for Sam and Danny:
Danny: okay definitely a fruitloop emotionally constipated and everyone is emotionally unstable here including the butler.
Sam: did you mention sanity? Because slowly but surely I'm pretty sure it's leaving from this goddamn household honestly Tucker sent me some files that he apparently got from hacking into the back computer and some of these reports are horrifying. Danny they tried to kill each other! Some guy Tim was beaten near death by the older brother and the younger brother was trying to assassinate him even though he stopped he still hates the guy's guts!
Danny: ...did one of them try cloning....
Sam looks at her phone and sighs in disappointment nodding
Danny: ... Sam we're screwed our priority is to survive now either that or we go fight crime as civilians
...
Bruce: where are you 2 going?
Danny and Sam with an open portal unapologeticly: to kidnap Tucker and have movie night when the rest arrive. It's a ritual that we all have before the actual sleepover happens
Bruce "I have gremlin children I'm tired" Wayne: sure I'll go inform alfred. Do you want snacks?

Sam and Danny slumped on the couch
Sam: man it's so awkward having you as my brother now... You were my ex it's weird at... Even though I miss my parents I'm starting to like what we build here maybe not the family but I think we're creating our own little family with team phantom...
Danny: I get what you mean... parents aren't always the greatest but sometimes it doesn't stop you from loving them despite them doing awful things... but damn we should really change our team's name or make phantom our surnames
Sam: Sam phantom doesn't sound bad either way aren't we royalty? Less confusing if we all share a surname

Tucker: do you need help with the wanna be Clark husband
Clark: Tucker what the heck are you- you know what never mind I don't think there's any way you can help kid but it's a really nice for you to offer really I don't think there's anything that can-
Tucker: I can hack into the robots he makes as well as his systems and steal information as well as look at his cameras even from his private house.
Clark: ... Thanks kid you are more helpful than you think you are

Tucker: why didn't you tell anyone you were getting bullied or defend yourself?
Jon: well- (start some nonsense about him being a hero or knowing how to handle such a simple task)
Tucker:
The next day
Jon: uh tucker why were my bullies on the ground begging for forgiveness?...

Diana: what happened Ellie?
Ellie: so it's valentine's day right? A bunch of my classmates were giving chocolate to each other and I was minding my own business with my friends when this delinquent of a guy came up to me all shy gave me chocolates and asked me out. I thought he was talking about a date so like the dumbass I am I was like oh it's cute let's go and accepted. Apparently I'm dating the guy now!
Diana trying not to show her amusement: oh Ellie...

Wally panicking trying to get out of this: BLAME THE ROGUES
Bart going along with the chaos: yeah blame the rogues!
Jazz who can see BS Fenton: oh so I won't have any consequences to what I'm about to do now right? Good to know (✿^‿^)
Jazz leaves the door
Wally: ... We doomed our rogues
Berry: I say good riddance I was not prepared for a psychological warfare child maybe that will teach them not to cause trouble
Bart trying to follow Jazz to witness how she breaks them for the pure amusement of it

DC star grew up in Gotham as a Batman mega fan. They were bullied growing up and devolped a defense mechanism where they'd just become another person and emulate them. Copying every little detail and losing themselves in the process
DC star was 17 when they got their powers, during a field trip they snuck away, finding a lab and accidentally spilling a chemical on them. The chemical was part of a project to create the perfect superhero to go against Batman's no metahuman in Gotham rule. When star discovered their powers, they started fighting crime and trying to copy batman. With the new hero name "star keeper"
Inevitably Batman found them and took them on as a sidekick temporarily while working out how to transfer them to learn to use their powers outside Gotham. During this time star starts to copy Batman, too the point that they copied everything, including his worst traits. Star was his most officiant sidekick cause of this
Eventually star is transferred to train with the flash, who teaches em to form their own identity and have a better sense of self
After Flash's training, star is now an adult, facing bigger threats. Such as klarion the witch boy who mistakes them for an Alien and decides he wants to learn more about them, as he finds their love for humanity odd.
There's a slight romance between klarion and star.
Star later on becomes a justice league member
