Deltas are known as the "violent parts" within a Programmed System this image to us shows that even if our Deltas were/are programmed to be violent towards ourselves or others, they don't actually want to do it. What are common reasons that "Delta" would be used to program?

I think you are asking about Delta programming. If you mean something else, please feel free to clarify.

A Delta - programmed system would be used in Military programming for a soldier who was moving towards special ops, seals etc. 

Delta programming enhances the person’s aggression, but it is controlled aggression. The person’s physical and pain thresholds are elevated.

The programming also removes fears. The fear of death and suffering are the top ones.

Delta programming layers in blind loyalty to the mission so it can be completed. Suicide programming is often a part of Delta programming.

Is the United States Delta Force related to military delta programming in children?

Yes, the programming is modelled after the military Delta Force. The blocks, and squadrens for children in Delta programming are ‘age appropriate’.

Chronic illness anon here, for more context: We have symptoms of delta programming, but I'm not sure if it's actually programming or not because it didn't continue throughout the entire childhood. The body developed fibro when it was around 7 years old. However before that time I have no memories.

A majority of programs would have been placed by the age of seven. As well as most splits.

Due to chronic health issues such as fibro, the child’s course could be redirected to another role.

Will groups or the government try to pair people together? Like give them programming to be together romantically or programming that will work in conjunction together in everyday nornal life?

Yes. People are paired in Delta programming, and Twin programming.

Systems can be programmed to be in a relationship with another system.
