Then reduce load to 70% of max weight and complete:
Completed: 60kg, then reduced to 43.5kg for the EMOM.
Happy to be maintaining strength by getting 60kg today. The squat snatch felt smooth but the hang was most definitely not lol. No misses in the EMOM huzzah!

Working out with friends today - we each picked a movement for the AMRAP :)
S2OH - The easiest of the movements, completed unbroken up until the 10 round, where I’d always finish 1 rep short so could clean & jerk the last rep straight into the overhead lunges.
OH Lunges - These were good up until round 12! Shoulders were burning more than the legs. Unbroken reps until round 12 where I went 8/4.
Lateral bar burpees - Tough! Felt sluggish from rounds 10 onwards.
Box jumps - These were good, managed to recycle reps from round 8 as I warmed up into the movement.
Russian plate twists - these were sweet, managed to do all rounds unbroken.
