Hump day workout!
Stuck with Rx this time. Which I felt proud of. But my time went up real quick with how long it took each round. Those squats were the worst.
Time break down of 3:23, 3:53, 4:15, and 4:14 for the four rounds, respectively.

Ain't too bad for not having worked out in forever. Also been sick for a while, like in and out of the ER, loss of appetite, spinal MRI sick.

Me: pissed off day. needed some physical venting. gym was locked and empty and it poured rain. i didn't get a time or anything, but it was worth it.
Spent my day fighting a killer migraine, most of it throwing up over my kitchen sink or toilet. Realized that even when I feel like shit and I’m struggling hard, I still have some great muscle workin for me. Yeehaw
That V though.
It ain't CrossFit, but it still counts. 3 mile walk (not allowed to run) with a 45lb pack. Must finish in 45 minutes or less. The walk was on Red Feather Lakes Rd. We got dropped off 3 miles west of the station, and wrapped up at the station. It kicked my ass. I brought my arm band and my iPod and just listened to music the whole time. On the plus side, I discovered that Where Them Girls At by David Guetta is a perfect beat to walk to for the test. We wore backpacks or weighted vests. The backpacks had water bottles or Gatorade bottles in them for weight. I got my assistant chiefs pack. I finished in 44:37. There were 5 of us doing the pack test, and we all finished between 40:something and my time. Afterwards we did shelter deployment training.

Just got home from Memorial Day Murph with my box. First time doing Murph, and I had to scale it, but I fucking finished it in 44:38, so I’m happy. Feelin great today :)
Sorry I've been gone forever
I miss my gym. I haven't been in the last three or four weeks due to finals at school, more testing, lack of funds, and now fucking strep, or something similar. I have every intention of going to the training sesh on Memorial Day because my box is doing Murph, and fuck if I'm missing Murph again. It'll kick my ass, but I am fucking finishing it.

i haven't been posting much recently because i haven't been working out recently. last week was practical prep and this coming week is finals. i've been beyond stressed and studying every day, so i haven't had a chance to get to the gym. school is my priority, as much as i wish working out was. hope y'all understand. love, me.
