The Giveaway: Two Bronze Level FDSA Gift Certificates
My husband, Martin Taves, died of a rare, aggressive form of Multiple Myeloma on Halloween 2017. A lovely person donated two Bronze level Fenzi Dog Sports Academy (FDSA) gift certificates (value $65 USD each) to be given away in March for Myeloma Awareness month. Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells, a type of cell found in the bone marrow. To learn more about Multiple Myeloma, please browse Myeloma Canada’s website, particularly, their awesome Patient Handbook and symptoms chart (pay attention to back and rib pain!).
What You Need to Do
REBLOG this post and I will randomly select two winners. Our goal is to let folks know that Multiple Myeloma exists since it’s a cancer that few people have heard of.
The Fine Print
Open internationally. This giveaway is not associated with Tumblr. Gift certificate must be used within one year (FDSA rule). Winners must agree to tell me which course they plan to enroll in (donor’s request).
Deadline to enter is Monday, 19 March 2018 at Noon (Alberta time).
