"Welcome, good hunter"... *bows* There are few places in video games that feel as quiet, lonely, and strangely comforting as the Hunter's Dream.

For this painting I imagined The Doll standing beneath the moonlight, carrying a lantern through a garden of roses in a place that feels familiar, yet isn't taken directly from the game.

There's something satisfying about the beginning of a painting.

At this stage, everything is still rough and uncertain, but the character is already starting to emerge.

Here's the first pass on The Doll's hair from my latest Bloodborne digital oil painting, created in Procreate with an oil painting workflow.

The music is my own tribute to Lullaby for Mergo, composed under my music project, Blótheim.

There are places where history and nature seem impossible to separate.

The forest surrounding the Alhambra is one of them.

A shaded path, the sound of cicadas and birds, and, in the distance, the Alhambra and the Generalife emerging through the trees.

This is one of the places I visit for both getting references for my paintings and charging my batteries.

There are characters you enjoy, and then there are characters that leave a lasting mark on your artistic journey.

Major Motoko Kusanagi has always been one of those characters for me.

With the new The Ghost in the Shell anime just around the corner, here's a small tribute through a portrait.

La historia no siempre necesita de obras de gran tamaño para imponerse.

En el Palacio de los Condes de Gabia, las miniaturas militares convierten la guerra, la táctica y la memoria en algo casi íntimo: pequeñas escenas donde cada uniforme, cada formación y cada gesto ha sido reconstruido con una precisión casi silenciosa.

Es curioso cómo lo pequeño obliga a mirar más despacio.

Las Ermitas de Córdoba.

Un lugar donde naturaleza, arte y espiritualidad conviven desde hace siglos. Este breve recorrido muestra parte del acceso al complejo, las antiguas celdas de los eremitas y algunos detalles de la capilla, incluyendo vidrieras, esculturas y pinturas al óleo.

Yesterday I had the chance to take part as a speaker in the 1st Conference on Artificial Intelligence Applied to Design, held at the Digital Business Hub of the Granada Chamber of Commerce.

It was a genuinely interesting afternoon, covering AI from different angles: its role in business, creative workflows, and (on my side) its impact on contemporary art.

What I enjoyed the most is that the event didn’t feel like pure “AI hype”, but rather a space to talk about the real things: tools, limitations, risks… and also the possibilities and the problems that come with AI. Because AI is already here, and the conversation is no longer about whether we like it or not, but about how we choose to use it (or not).

Granada is clearly pushing forward in this field, and events like this prove it.

2B (NieR:Automata) - digital oil painting WIP (Procreate / iPad)

A short work-in-progress clip from my NieR-inspired illustration. Here I’m painting the white blouse, focusing on folds, shadows and volume using a digital oil approach. The scene is set in the flower field at night, with 2B resting and her eyes uncovered (no blindfold).

FICZONE 2026 FANART TRIBUTE 🔥

This was a gift for Bkub Okawa. I couldn’t give it to him during the interview because he got sick, but the FicZone staff made sure it reached him anyway 🙌

This Saturday at FicZone I had the chance to interview Bkub Ōkawa, creator of Pop Team Epic, for CoolJapan.es.

It was a surreal and genuinely fun experience, very much in line with his chaotic and brilliant style. I also drew him a fanart of Popuko and Pipimi.

The following day he was unable to attend due to health reasons, but thanks to the event staff and interpreter Michie, the drawing was successfully delivered to him at the hotel.

Today at FicZone I had the chance to interview legendary seiyū Kazuki Yao for CoolJapan.es.

Even though it was brief, it was one of those moments that stay with you — being able to speak with the voice behind Franky in One Piece, and personally hand him a drawing I made, made it even more special.
