My one wish would be for anyone reading this right now to understand how important and needed you are. We all have a purpose, big or small in this beautiful, chaotic thing we call life. You are needed. You are loved. Keep going and don't give up.

Most run from their pain thinking what they'll feel will be too great. The reality is that pain and difficulties seldom defeat people; lack of faith in themselves usually does it. Feel the pain. Embrace it. Then have the faith that deep suffering will transmute into deep peace.
