Here's an isekai idea:

Instead of taking over the body of some evil/useless villain(ness), why not be isekaied as their twin? Like not only do you LOOK like the very person people despise/causes trouble, but you have to navigate around the fact you need to work out your own identity while also trying to reshape and re-write the wrongs of your twin siblings.

This can be comical, dramatic, weird, etc. The possibilities are endless. Just imagine Cale from "Trash of the Counts family" being isekaid as original Cales twin brother. The possibilities are endless!
