I like to make cartoons and animations, but took a break for a while to do a crappy documentary about homelessness where I wore hidden camera spy glasses. Vietnam is awesome and a huge percentage of the population eats vegetarian/vegan meals frequently. On average: twice a week. Instead of having an all or nothing mindset like we do in the States, they view every veggie meal as "good for your soul." The more veggie meals, the purer your soul. The best part of their moderate outlook is that you don't have to deal with pretentious, overpriced, hipster joints.
