RULES â POLICY
Conversations regarding your commission will stay on tumblr ONLY. External or third party apps are not to be used to discuss payment plans, details or any other inquires you may need to discuss. Everything will remain on tumblr. The only thing that will be used outside of tumblr, is the payment app provided.
When sending money, you will have to pay half upfront and the rest later. This ensures trust on both ends. I wont have you pay the full amount upfront just for you to be unsatisfied with my work. And so you can have a say so in what needs to be changed before you send half of the payment to finalize the transaction. Therefore, both parties have control over the commission.
If I am unable to perform to my best ability or halfway through the commission I cannot finish itâ I will send you your money back. No interest rate no nothingâ all your money will be back in your account.
But if Iâve finished it and youâve paid half or the full price you will not get a refund. Why? Because I send constant updates on the commission, asking what needs to be changed and what details I need to add in. You will have many times to tell me what you donât like and what needs to be fixed. And waiting till I finish to say you donât like it or want a refund will just not happen. Cause I will make sure you are satisfied. Now I will go back in and tweak somethingâs once Iâm finished (if needed) but asking for a refund or half of it will just not work. Communicate to me beforehand to avoid problems like this.
so in short: no refunds unless I am just not capable of finishing your commission on my accord. Not because you waited till the end to say you donât like what I wrote.
