#GoHard #EveryDamnDay #NoExcuses I always feel like I wasted my effort if I spent a whole hour walking on treadmill, doing the elliptical or climbing a stepper and don't drop sweat... as you get more fit, it will get harder to sweat... soooooo #GOHARDER!!!
