Okay, so I suddenly woke up around 6am this morning, and when I told my coworkers half of them said the same happened to them? Anyone else?? What’s going on??

Going to the doctor with autism and anxiety is overhearing the tech talk about how high your heart rate is right outside the door and having the doctor ask you what your normal heart rate is and then tell you to calm down while they retake it until they see it lower (and what is my heart rate during a suppressed meltdown you ask? apparently 130) and you’re trying not to cry because you’re in pain and they tell you to take some ibuprofen and have you tried a hot compress? (yes) because you probably just pulled a muscle between your ribs and that’s why it hurts to breathe so basically the whole trip was pointless and the doctor doesn’t like you because you were too stressed to talk to.

Anyways, how is your day going?
