Autiagender Man: a agender-masculine neurogender which can only be understood in the context of being autistic or when one's autism greatly affects one's agender-masculine gender or how one experiences that agender-masculine gender.

This can include but isn't limited to: being disconnected from your masculine gender because of autism and therefore being agender, feeling connected to masculinity but disconnected from gender due to autism, feeling masc while also having a disconnect from gender all together due to autism, being both autigender and agender-masculine, being fluid/flux/fluix between autigender agender-masculine, being unsure if their gender is agender-masculine and/or to which extents it's agender and masculine due to autism, feeling agender from autism despite having a masculine gender, having no gender identity but some connection to masculinity due to autism, feeling comfortable with masculine pronouns/presentation and therefore identify has a man despite being agender because it helps express that association due to autism, being mostly agender but a tiny bit man due to autism, having a masculine gender through a genderless lense due to autism, etc.

Can also be called autiagender boy, autiagender guy, autiagender dude or autiagendermasc.
