Hyperactive Vs. Hyper-awareness

🏃🏽‍♂️💨⌛️🔎 I realized that whenever I would make certain movements and twitches it was to distract myself from my hyper-awareness towards my environment. When you easily absorb the subtleties happening around you, it’s hard not to align yourself to the energies around you. This is especially true if you’re good at reading people, places, and things. Now, every time I do it I bring it to my attention and ask myself: “Am I tapping my foot right now, because I’m restless or am I picking up on something uncomfortable? Do I need to readjust my attention? Accepting your sensitivities can/will be difficult, but that self-validation does help. Side note: if you have a lot of fire and air in your chart, this is usually how we’re first introduced to our intuition. Until we find what works for us, we may overcompensate because we’re usually burnt out mentally or physically for hyper-focusing on what’s happening around us.

Have I lost faith Faith in myself? Do I fear that wherever I go, there will be no place like home? Transitioning Sun from the 12th house ♓️ to 1st house ♈️ (Spiritual mirroring) When the illusion is lifted, everything feels like it doesn’t belong. You begin to lose trust in your judgement. Now, everything adds weight as your trying to measure and compare.. it’s such an uncomfortable space to be in. Finally, unleashing the beast within to explore the wild. It feels dangerous. There’s no rules here, instead everything roams freely. Now it’s up to me to decide where I want to be. There’s no longer any structure to allude purpose. It’s all about survival or simply creating something out of nothing. My heart is broken on all sides at this point. I’m forced to find my identity now that I’ve gone to the lengths of spiritual darkness. I’m depressed because the things I used to turn to for guidance is no longer working for me. I guess that’s growing pains. Feeling the sensations of outgrowing the box you put yourself in. Mourning the loss of every layer you’ve shed. For every phase of death there is rebirth. Now it’s time to move on.

👁 🦚 Romanticization | Codependency | Projection PT. 2 Limerence (The hopeless Romantic Archetype) ****continued**** This keeps us from experiencing true and unconditional love that is reciprocated. It distorts our ability to recognize and maintain healthy connections, because we’re too busy trying to upkeep this fantasy. Because we felt like we had to “create” love in order to receive love as a child, we take this behavioral pattern with us in adulthood. The awareness here is that we need love, but we did not yet understand how we needed it and searched for ways we could fill these empty spaces. Ask yourself what you really want. Know that you are worthy of receiving love and you don’t have to pretend that it exists in places it doesn’t. Free yourself and others in your life from the false identity you held onto as a coping mechanism. Practice unconditional love, without the condition of a person, place, or thing.

👁 🦚 Romanticization | Codependency | Projection PT. 1 Limerence (The hopeless Romantic Archetype) A codependency on the fantasy, illusion, and romanticization of a relationship. Experiencing extreme highs and lows with emotions ranging from infatuation to desperation. Viewing a person in an identity you created for them based upon your expectations, beliefs, desires, and judgements. Self-limiting belief that we have control over one’s free will by projecting our perceptions onto another person to place them in a desired “role” in your life. Can stem from childhood trauma and the need to create an illusion that fulfills the needs that weren’t met in reality. We become avoidant to our actual needs, because we haven’t yet learned how to access them and our environments were not equipped to.
