it’s really interesting how the guys that fight against paying child support the hardest are the ones that could afford to do it. these dudes will quit their well paying salaried job with benefits just to avoid their pay getting docked and potentially going to reimburse the mother of their child for buying their kid new shoes. they’ll leave their child without health insurance and work under the table jobs because they really hate their child and former S/O that much.

The phrase “core four” when talking about YJ98 makes me so irrationally upset. There were more than four of them. I get it, I get that the other YJ members have faded into obscurity in the current DC canon but. But there were more than four of them. I get that Tim, Cassie, Bart, and Kon continued to have stories together after YJ98 ended that the other team members weren’t apart of. But if we’re talking about specifically Young Justice—which a lot of you are, I will very often see the phrase “core four” used specifically to talk about YJ98—then there were MORE THAN FOUR OF THEM.

It’s not even that they’re the founding members, because guys!!! Cassie’s not a founding member! You know who I’d say IS a founding member? SECRET. Do I wish more people talked about Cissie, Anita, and Slobo? Of course, I love them. But above all else, it BAFFLES me that nobody talks about Greta. They literally founded the team to break her out of the DEO. YOUNG JUSTICE WOULD NOT EXIST WITHOUT SECRET.
