Context for this post: I woke up a little after noon and I HATE waking up noon or after. It makes me feel like I’ve wasted the day and often ruins my day when it happens. I was waiting for my mom to return from the store, hoping for a little support, but when I say something about it, she says something along the lines of “It’s not that bad. You still have your whole day ahead of you. Maybe you just needed the rest.” I do not have my whole day ahead of me, I am in fact missing three hours that are very important to me and my mood throughout the day, but thanks for downplaying it. I know she was just trying to help, but it genuinely pissed me off.
