Hmm, I'd say how. I would probably be pretty paranoid otherwise, but I'm actually at peace with death. It happens when it happens. The only thing I'd want to know, is if it hurts.

My gay story:

Hehe, so essentially: never dated, never had a crush (beyond those little idea crushes, where you like the IDEA of a crush more then the person) but liking the general concept of romance.

Since I had no preference for any gender and had recently learned about queer identities, I was pretty open to pan or omni.

Acesexual though, that was always obvious.

Then I had something that I still don't want to call a relationship, but I wanted to call that off as soon as it started...

So, no boys... ok can live with ace lesbian.

That went on for a long time, however, I still never really had a crush or a romantic interest in anyone. Didn't want to call myself AroAce though.

But with time, that label grew on me and honestly, yeah. That fits me the most and my whole family knows that I don't wanna date or anything else.

So I'd call that a Happy So Far.

(Little add on, I'm terrible at keeping secrets, so I essentially was never in a closet. I told my mom everything as soon as I figured it out and my dad got informed along the way. It probably helped that my aunt and godmother is married to her wive. Yay!)

What made me smile:

Warm sun on my face as I woke up, beautiful orange light, one of my favourite songs on the radio and today we don't have that one subject at my school/organisation/job practice thingy that I don't really like.

Also I got accepted for my apprenticeship. 😊 (There were no other contestants for the position and I was apparently pretty good, so I got it. Also the shop has been actively searching for an apprentice for years now.)
