it must be so freeing to be as stupid as a ceo. not a single thought echoing through that hollowed out skull. you get paid more money in 20 minutes than a handful of small countries make in a year combined to say the biggest number you can think of and if your company doesnât hit that number you get to fire all of them

Xbox has been suffering for awhile anyone can see that. Between the ram crisis multiple piss poor decisions from the last ceo's and a couple other things I can't remember off the top of my head Xbox was in a terrible state. The new ceo
Asha Sharma is stuck essentially having to restructure the entire company. Including fixing management so some areas which could have up to 12 layers of management. Pushing everything in an actual cohesive direction, and doing all of this without closing down a single studio just selling some off. No one could have prevented layoffs after the past few years xbox has had but the fact no studios are shutting down is a miracle in and of itself and seeing her get lambasted for effectively doing damage control on the titanic is infuriating to me
