And my left shoulder is still no good so this time just doing only cardio workout 😓👊 . ▶️ Jumping Rope 1R 3mins 1min rest x 4R ▶️ Burpee Knee Taps 1R 5mins 1min rest x 3R ▶️ Tabata (Core) Workout 1Tabata 4mins 1min 40sec rest x 3Tabata . Each workout interval is 5 to 10 mins, total 1hr or 1hr 20mins challenge👊💪 . It’s so hard challenge but I like and need this because of old guy😅👊💪🔥 .
