Hi!! I really love your cybugs AU, it's super cute, and it gives me so much serotonin! ^w^
I remember seeing one of your posts that you were running out of pet/companion characters to be the owners of the cybugs. You probably already thought this, but maybe you can have some of the human allies from the G1 Transformers cartoon be owners!
I can totally see Chip Chase keeping some of the science bots like Perceptor, Wheeljack, Brainstorm, and Nautica, maybe even Shockwave!
Spike obviously has Bumblebee, maybe even Cliffjumper and Hound? (You can't just have one cybug! They might get lonely!)
I can also see Carly having a little colony of Femmes. ie, Arcee, Elita One, Chromia, Velocity, etc.
And Sparkplug might keep some of the old Bots like Optimus, Kup, and Ironhide.
I imagine Sparkplug having his cybugs since he was a teenager, and later on introducing them to Spike, and getting him one once he was old enough (cybugs seem to be really high-maintenance pets, and I can't imagine giving one to a really young kid to keep as a pet. So Spike probably helped his dad take care of his bugs until he was old enough to get his own) and then Spike meeting Chip, Carly and the others through the cybug community!
(as you can see, I thought a lot about this. lol)

ahfjfbj i appreciate all the effort you put into this- thank you very much !! i have thought abt havin some of the various humans across tf media keep cybugs, but i eventually decided against it because its a way to limit how big my "cast" gets (more characters = more to juggle/draw) because i love far too many characters and will just keep adding to my roster if i dont have a way to limit it lol.
some other people have drawn/implied other human characters in the past which i think are SUPER cool, but any that i draw (like the omega supreme with sari that i just posted LMAO) are dubiously canon/just for fun ^^
saying that though. heres some old men.
