Truth be told
I don’t know if you believe in God, or the idea of a one seems stupid to you, or something happened to you or someone else that caused you to stop believing. Maybe you do believe, but you stopped following Him, because He allowed something to happen to you and you’re angry with Him for it. Maybe you’re on the fence, or you just flat out refuse to believe, because you haven’t seen enough evidence of God’s existence and you think the Bible has been corrupted. I’m not posting this to debate anyone. Chances are you’ll find a scientist/expert that’s published/posted their opinions and the case studies that backs up their opinions, so can I. So instead, let’s talk about what the Bible actually says and I’ll post links to the archeological findings below. After that you can ask God about if He exists or not and where did the hot, tiny particles mixed with light and energy come from that created the Big Bang.
The Bible is not Corrupt
The Dead Sea scrolls, dated between 3rd century BC and 1st century AD that were found between 1947 and 1956, prove that the Old Testament, Tanakh, is not corrupt. Note: there were non-biblical scrolls found in the Qumran caves as well. Here is a link to the Dead Sea scrolls.
The earliest surviving New Testament is the Codex Sinaiticus and it has survived from 4th century AD. There are fragments of papyrus that were found of John and Luke that were dated back to the 2nd and 3rd century. Papyrus 52 is the oldest known fragment of a New Testament text, containing parts of John 18:31–33, 37–38. Papyrus 66, a nearly complete book of John written in 2nd to 3rd century. Here are the links:

The New Testament or Brit HaChadashah (New Covenant) is not antisemitic; It’s written by Jews. It’s not a “how to” on persecuting Jews. The four gospels (Matthew & John are firsthand accounts and Mark & Luke gathered others’ firsthand accounts), the letters (mostly from Paul who formally was Saul a Pharisee), and Revelation are all written by Jewish believers in Jesus as the Messiah (Yeshua Hamashiach).
The disciples, including Paul, were multilingual. They could speak and write in Aramaic, Hebrew, and Greek. So they would’ve known and understood what scripture said and what words in Greek meant when they wrote the accounts of Jesus in the gospels, about the early church in the book of Acts, the letters written to churches/people, and Revelation. So you basically have four points of view with Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John and some people remember other things more than others. I mean, imagine seeing all the miracles Jesus did and hearing what all He said and wanting to write down what you took away from what He said and did.
Although there are many English translations of the Bible, please be advised that people throughout history omitted or added words and passages to suit their beliefs (Proverbs 30:5-6). Go to the above links to compare their version vs what was actually written. False Prophets inserted themselves in prophecy in the Old and New Testaments, added words like “other” to state Jesus was a created being, or added a message from “Jesus” or an Angel (fallen angels can show themselves as angels of light) that clearly revokes God’s Word. Again, compare a translation of the Bible to the above links for accuracy. Several others have written books themselves that they say are the divine word of God or an extension of, but they are not consistent with what God already has said, they are contradictory with God’s attributes and interactions with God’s angels. They’re not consistent with Who He is, nor His traits. He never changes after all (Malachi 3:6 & Hebrews 13:8).
It’s 66 books, 40 authors, 1,500 years, written on 3 continents, in 3 languages, and still one voice, one message. There is no other book on earth is like this. These 63,779 connections are impossible to orchestrate, unless the Author is God Himself.
The above was created by data artist Chris Harrison, showing how themes and prophecies link across the 66 books. These connections, often found in study Bibles, demonstrate remarkable internal unity, linking Old Testament foreshadowing to New Testament fulfillment, with each arc in the famous rainbow-like graphic representing a connection between chapters.

In 2 Peter 3:16, a letter Peter wrote: “ . . . The untaught and unstable twist them to their own destruction, as they also do with the rest of the Scriptures.”
Be mindful of when people, regardless if they’re a spiritual leader or not, say “this is what the scripture says” and you haven’t read the whole Bible in context for yourself and believe what they say. People like to pick one verse for their stance without acknowledging the rest of the scripture that proves their stance holds no ground. 2 Peter 3:16: “ . . . The untaught and unstable twist them to their own destruction, as they also do with the rest of the Scriptures.”
Old vs New Covenant
The old covenant (Mosaic Law) was an agreement between God and the Israelites, established through Moses, that relied on external laws and temporary sacrifices to manage sin. Jesus’ sacrifice explained. The new covenant, established by Jesus, is a relationship of grace based on God's mercy, with internal law written on believers' hearts by the Holy Spirit, and eternal forgiveness offered through Jesus’ single, final sacrifice. The old covenant's sacrificial system and rituals were temporary, designed to point to the coming Messiah, while the new covenant is an eternal reality. Scripture explains Old vs New.
God’s warning about adding to or taking away from the prophesies in the book of Revelation.
Some will not read the Bible and yet want to misquote what scripture says. So pick up a Bible and read it to see if what I’m telling you is true and that I haven’t twisted scripture. Here are some topics that a lot of people misunderstand:
Prophecies Jesus fulfilled and yet to fulfill
Here’s a list of prophecies that Jesus has fulfilled, so far until He comes back to reign on Earth. Here is another list from jewsforjesus.org
* Jesus’ relative, John (not the disciple), was the one voice crying out: Prepare the way of the Lord in the wilderness; make a straight highway for our God in the desert.
* Jesus was born in Bethlehem.
* His mother, Mary, was a virgin when she conceived Jesus by the Holy Spirit.
* He’s from the line of Judah
* He came before the destruction of the second temple.
* Jesus arrived 483 years (or 69 weeks of years) had passed from the decree (Daniel 9) to rebuild Jerusalem.
* He is the light to the Gentiles
* For a time He lived in Capernaum by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali.
* He taught in parables
* He is the Son Who is called Mighty God
* He entered through the eastern gate on a colt of a donkey
* He is the new covenant with Israel that God will forgive their wrongdoing and never again remember their sin.
* He is the Passover Lamb
* He was silent before His accusers
* Lots were casted for His clothing
* His heel was struck
* His side was pierced
* His feet and hands were pierced
* He quoted the beginning of Psalm 22 while on the cross, because it was about Him
* He was cut off “executed” out of the land of the living
* He was buried in a rich man’s grave
* He was resurrected
* He brought salvation to the ends of the earth.
* He will return and reign
But before He comes back to reign, the Antichrist will appear and claim to be the Messiah. The Antichrist will reign for seven years. The first half people will be deceived by peace and then he will turn back on his word in the middle of the third year. He will commit “Abomination of Desolation” in the third Temple. (You think beheadings are bad in present day wait until this time period.) You’ll have to receive a mark of some sort on head or hand that pledges your allegiance to him and it will be the only way to buy or sell anything thing. The price of a quart of wheat will be a year’s wages. Then the battle of Armageddon will take place and Jesus/Yeshua, the One and Only Messiah, will defeat the Antichrist. But there’s more tribulation (wrath). After all that, then Ezekiel 37:27-28 will be fulfilled: “My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be My people. When My sanctuary is among them forever, the nations will know that I, Yahweh, sanctify Israel.”
The Trinity & we are made in His image
Genesis 1:1-2 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness covered the surface of the watery depths, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.”
Genesis 1:1:
* Hebrew: בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ
* Transliteration: Bereshit bara Elohim et hashamayim ve'et ha'aretz
The word Elohim is the plural of El (or possibly of Eloah) and is the first name for God given in the Tanakh: "In the beginning, God (Elohim) created the heavens and the earth"
Genesis 1:26 “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness. They will rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the livestock, all the earth, and the creatures that crawl on the earth.””
John 1:1-4 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. All things were created through Him, and apart from Him not one thing was created that has been created. Life was in Him, and that life was the light of men.” Side note: there’s a flash of light at the moment of conception. #zincfireworks
We are made in His image, His likeness. Our spirit and words are not separate from us, so why would His Spirit and His Words (Jesus, the flesh of what God speaks) be separate from Himself. They are three, yet one, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. It’s not a 1+1+1=3; it’s a 1÷1÷1=1 “equation”. Some think God refers to the angels when He refers to Us, but angels were created too and cannot create life, only God can.
Jesus said He is God
Side note: The name Yeshua/Jesus is derived from Yehoshua/Joshua. It does not make His name Joshua. Both names mean salvation. (Example: The name Bob is derived from the name Robert. So, if a boy is given the name Bob, it doesn’t mean his name is Robert.)
Jesus says to John in Revelation 1:17-19: “…, “Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last, and the Living One. I was dead, but look — I am alive forever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and Hades. Therefore write what you have seen, what is, and what will take place after this.”
Yahweh says in Isaiah 44:6-9: “This is what the Lord, the King of Israel and its Redeemer, the Lord of Hosts, says: I am the first and I am the last. There is no God but Me. Who, like Me, can announce the future? Let him say so and make a case before Me, since I have established an ancient people. Let these gods declare the coming things, and what will take place. Do not be startled or afraid. Have I not told you and declared it long ago? You are my witnesses! Is there any God but Me? There is no other Rock; I do not know any. All who make idols are nothing, and what they treasure does not profit. Their witnesses do not see or know anything, so they will be put to shame.”
Jesus says in John 8:56-58: “Your father Abraham was overjoyed that he would see My day; he saw it and rejoiced.” The Jews replied, “You aren’t 50 years old yet, and You’ve seen Abraham? ” Jesus said to them, “I assure you: Before Abraham was, I am.””
Yahweh says in Exodus 3:14: “God replied to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: I AM has sent me to you.”
John 3:10-12: ““Are you a teacher of Israel and don’t know these things? ” Jesus replied. “I assure you: We speak what We know and We testify to what We have seen, but you do not accept Our testimony. If I have told you about things that happen on earth and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about things of heaven?”
John 5:19: “Then Jesus replied, “I assure you: The Son is not able to do anything on His own, but only what He sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, the Son also does these things in the same way.”
Matthew 28:18-20: “Then Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.””
John 10:27-30: “My sheep hear My voice, I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish — ever! No one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. The Father and I are one.”
John 14:8-11: “Lord,” said Philip, “show us the Father, and that’s enough for us.” Jesus said to him, “Have I been among you all this time without your knowing Me, Philip? The one who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I speak to you I do not speak on My own. The Father who lives in Me does His works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me. Otherwise, believe because of the works themselves.” (Word made flesh ring a bell?)
John 14:15-18: ““If you love Me, you will keep My commands. And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever. He is the Spirit of truth. The world is unable to receive Him because it doesn’t see Him or know Him. But you do know Him, because He remains with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you.”
Isaiah 9:6: “For a child will be born for us, a son will be given to us, and the government will be on His shoulders. He will be named Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”
Revelation 1:4-8: “John: To the seven churches in Asia. Grace and peace to you from the One who is, who was, and who is coming; from the seven spirits before His throne; and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and has set us free from our sins by His blood, and made us a kingdom, priests to His God and Father — the glory and dominion are His forever and ever. Amen. Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, including those who pierced Him. And all the families of the earth will mourn over Him. This is certain. Amen. “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “the One who is, who was, and who is coming, the Almighty.”
Acts 1:9-11: “After He had said this, He was taken up as they were watching, and a cloud took Him out of their sight. While He was going, they were gazing into heaven, and suddenly two men in white clothes stood by them. They said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up into heaven? This Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come in the same way that you have seen Him going into heaven.”
Resurrection
Psalms 16:10: “For You will not abandon me to Sheol; You will not allow Your Faithful One to see decay.”
John 10;15-18: “as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father. I lay down My life for the sheep. But I have other sheep that are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will listen to My voice. Then there will be one flock, one shepherd. This is why the Father loves Me, because I am laying down My life so I may take it up again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down on My own. I have the right to lay it down, and I have the right to take it up again. I have received this command from My Father.””
John 11:25-26: “Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in Me, even if he dies, will live. Everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die — ever. Do you believe this? ”
John 20:24-29: “But one of the Twelve, Thomas (called “Twin”), was not with them when Jesus came. So the other disciples kept telling him, “We have seen the Lord! ” But he said to them, “If I don’t see the mark of the nails in His hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe! ” After eight days His disciples were indoors again, and Thomas was with them. Even though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them. He said, “Peace to you! ” Then He said to Thomas, “Put your finger here and observe My hands. Reach out your hand and put it into My side. Don’t be an unbeliever, but a believer.” Thomas responded to Him, “My Lord and my God! ” Jesus said, “Because you have seen Me, you have believed. Those who believe without seeing are blessed.”
Revelation 1:17-18: “When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. He laid His right hand on me and said, “Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last, and the Living One. I was dead, but look — I am alive forever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and Hades.”
Ancient Chinese Astronomers the royal courts hired many astronomers to study the stars and write down important events that happened in the cosmos because they believed they could have major impacts on human lives. This Astronomy Records of the Book of the Han Dynasty link tells you the events that took place in space during the birth (5 BC), death (31 AD), and resurrection of Jesus (31 AD).
Shroud of Turin
More recent tests were done by Dr. Liberato de Caro and Professor Giulio Fanti with Dr. Pierandred Malfi.
Dr. Liberato de Caro of Italy’s Institute of Crystallography of the National Research Council, conducted a study using a method known as “Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering,” or WAXS, which measures the natural aging of flax cellulose and converts it to time since manufacture.
The degree of natural aging of the cellulose that constitutes the linen of the investigated sample, obtained through X-ray analysis, showed that the Shroud fabric is much older than the seven centuries suggested by the 1988 radiocarbon dating.
The carbon-14 test came back dating the burial cloth to around 1260 to 1390 AD. So was the sample pieces tested from the repaired portions after it had suffered fire damage in the Middle Ages?
The Shroud of Turin has burn marks from a major fire in 1532, when a fire in the Sainte-Chapelle in Chambéry, France, caused hot silver to drip onto the folded cloth, creating scorch marks and holes. These marks are visible as parallel lines along the length of the cloth, with the Poor Clare nuns later patching the holes. Additionally, there are other less regular burn marks that are visible and are believed to have existed before the 1532 fire. These marks may have been caused by something like a torch or charcoal falling onto the folded cloth.
Check out the Aleteia.org article here.
Here’s de Caro’s full report on his WAXS analysis of the Shroud of Turin:
English
Italian
Professor Giulio Fanti with Dr. Pierandred Malfi used infrared light and spectroscopy (the study of a physical object's interaction with electromagnetic radiation) to examine the shroud and found that it's actually much older.
In his recent book, "Il Mistero della Sindone," translated as "The Mystery of the Shroud," (Rizzoli, 2013), Giulio Fanti, a professor of mechanical engineering at Padua University, said his analysis proves the shroud dates from 280 B.C. to A.D. 220 ― meaning it existed during Jesus' lifetime.

Perfect reply to “one guy wrote that 500 people saw Jesus”
The One sent after Jesus
John 7:37-39: “On the last and most important day of the festival, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, he should come to Me and drink! The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, will have streams of living water flow from deep within him.” He said this about the Spirit. Those who believed in Jesus were going to receive the Spirit, for the Spirit had not yet been received because Jesus had not yet been glorified.”
John 14:17-26: “He is the Spirit of truth. The world is unable to receive Him because it doesn’t see Him or know Him. But you do know Him, because He remains with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you. “In a little while the world will see Me no longer, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live too. In that day you will know that I am in My Father, you are in Me, and I am in you. The one who has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me. And the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father. I also will love him and will reveal Myself to him.” Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, “Lord, how is it You’re going to reveal Yourself to us and not to the world? ” Jesus answered, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. The one who doesn’t love Me will not keep My words. The word that you hear is not Mine but is from the Father who sent Me. “I have spoken these things to you while I remain with you. But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit — the Father will send Him in My name — will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have told you.”
God does not tempt/test you with sin, but Satan does.
James 1:13: “No one undergoing a trial should say, “I am being tempted by God.” For God is not tempted by evil, and He Himself doesn’t tempt anyone.”
Matthew 4:1-3: “Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the Devil. After He had fasted 40 days and 40 nights, He was hungry. Then the tempter approached Him and said, “If You are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.” But He answered, “It is written: Man must not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”
Satan continues a couple more times, but Jesus corrects him each time with scripture and at the end tells him to go way.
First to the Jew then to the Gentile
Matthew 15:22-28: “Just then a Canaanite woman from that region came and kept crying out, “Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is cruelly tormented by a demon.” Yet He did not say a word to her. So His disciples approached Him and urged Him, “Send her away because she cries out after us.” He replied, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. But she came, knelt before Him, and said, “Lord, help me! ” He answered, “It isn’t right to take the children’s bread and throw it to their dogs.” “Yes, Lord,” she said, “yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters’ table! ” Then Jesus replied to her, “Woman, your faith is great. Let it be done for you as you want.” And from that moment her daughter was cured.”
After Jesus’ resurrection: Matthew 28:16-20: “The 11 disciples traveled to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had directed them. When they saw Him, they worshiped, but some doubted. Then Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
“Your God is sending me to Hell!”
God gave us free will to do what we want, but there are effects to causes. You can choose to keep separate from God, to not accept, repent, and follow Jesus, and that results in permanent separation in the end. God allows things to happen, because He gave us all a choice in what we want to do. Your, or someone else’s, choices can affect others. There are plenty of examples in the Old Testament of bad choices and their consequences. People were killed and lands destroyed and never lived in again to this day. Hell explained and what’s in store for those who choose separation from God with scripture given for context.
1 Pete 3:18-22: “For Christ also suffered for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, that He might bring you to God, after being put to death in the fleshly realm but made alive in the spiritual realm. In that state He also went and made a proclamation to the spirits in prison who in the past were disobedient, when God patiently waited in the days of Noah while an ark was being prepared. In it a few — that is, eight people — were saved through water. Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the pledge of a good conscience toward God) through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Now that He has gone into heaven, He is at God’s right hand with angels, authorities, and powers subject to Him.”
Not the replacement, but grafted into.
The church did not replace Israel, but the believing gentiles were grafted into the body of His bride.
Isaiah 54:5: “Indeed, your husband is your Maker — His name is Yahweh of Hosts — and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; He is called the God of all the earth.”
Ephesians 3:6: “The Gentiles are coheirs, members of the same body, and partners of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.”
Romans 11:11-27: “I ask, then, have they stumbled in order to fall? Absolutely not! On the contrary, by their stumbling, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel jealous. Now if their stumbling brings riches for the world, and their failure riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full number bring! Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. In view of the fact that I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry, if I can somehow make my own people jealous and save some of them. For if their rejection brings reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead? Now if the firstfruits offered up are holy, so is the whole batch. And if the root is holy, so are the branches. Now if some of the branches were broken off, and you, though a wild olive branch, were grafted in among them and have come to share in the rich root of the cultivated olive tree, do not brag that you are better than those branches. But if you do brag — you do not sustain the root, but the root sustains you. Then you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” True enough; they were broken off by unbelief, but you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but be afraid. For if God did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare you either. Therefore, consider God’s kindness and severity: severity toward those who have fallen but God’s kindness toward you — if you remain in His kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off. And even they, if they do not remain in unbelief, will be grafted in, because God has the power to graft them in again. For if you were cut off from your native wild olive and against nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these — the natural branches — be grafted into their own olive tree? So that you will not be conceited, brothers, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery: A partial hardening has come to Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written: The Liberator will come from Zion; He will turn away godlessness from Jacob. And this will be My covenant with them when I take away their sins.”
Not a Child Bride
Mary was not a child when she became pregnant with Jesus. Gabriel, an Archangel, called Mary woman in Luke 1:26-28: “In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin engaged to a man named Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. And the angel came to her and said, “Rejoice, favored woman! The Lord is with you.”
Luke 1:38: “Then Mary said, “Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; may it be done to me according to your word.” And the angel left her.”
Rebekah wasn’t three when she married Isaac. That misconception is based on French Rabbi Rashi’s (b1040 - d1105) commentary on Genesis 25:20 stating that Isaac waited three years until he married Rebekah. What scripture says about Rebekah in Genesis 24:15-16: “Before he had finished speaking, there was Rebekah — daughter of Bethuel son of Milcah, the wife of Abraham’s brother Nahor — coming with a jug on her shoulder. Now the girl was very beautiful, a young woman who had not known a man intimately. She went down to the spring, filled her jug, and came up.”
To be more clear in Mark 5:41-43 Jesus brought back to life a female child: “Then He took the child by the hand and said to her, “Talitha koum!” (which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, get up! ”). Immediately the girl got up and began to walk. (She was 12 years old.) At this they were utterly astounded. Then He gave them strict orders that no one should know about this and said that she should be given something to eat.”
One Wife is God’s Plan
God’s plan
The Law of Moses didn't command polygamy but regulated it where it occurred
Still God’s plan
Gabriel the Archangel
Gabriel is not the spirit of God, nor is he abusive to those receiving a message from God. He is an Archangel just like Michael is and Lucifer (Helel) was. Here are the examples of Gabriel’s behavior: He helps Daniel multiple times to understand the visions God has shown him Daniel 8 & 9. He told Zechariah that his wife would give birth to a son (John the baptizer) who would prepare the way for the Messiah in Luke 1:5-25. He was sent to Mary (Miriam) to tell her she was a woman who found favor with God and would bear the Messiah by the Holy Spirit in Luke 1:26-38. He was never aggressive or fought with the people he was given a message for, but in the spirit realm, that’s another story.
In Galatians 1:6-8 we are warned about people and angels giving false messages of another gospel (good news): “I am amazed that you are so quickly turning away from Him who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel — not that there is another gospel, but there are some who are troubling you and want to change the good news about the Messiah. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel other than what we have preached to you, a curse be on him!“
God cannot lie
Numbers 23:19: “God is not a man who lies, or a son of man who changes His mind. Does He speak and not act, or promise and not fulfill?”
This states that man sins, not God. Jesus, the Word of God made flesh, never spoke a lie.
Titus 1:2: “in the hope of eternal life that God, who cannot lie, promised before time began.”
Hebrews 6:18: “so that through two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to seize the hope set before us.”
God is not manipulative or deceitful. Lying and being manipulative to add to His fold is not Who He is. Lying is against God’s nature as He is the source of truth. Satan, the Devil, Helel, better known as Lucifer, and the other fallen angels are the ones that are liars, manipulators, hateful, etc. God is Sovereign, Holy, Justly, Gracious, Righteous, Unchanging, Loving, and Merciful.
And when it comes to us about lying: Romans 3:5-8: “But if our unrighteousness highlights God’s righteousness, what are we to say? I use a human argument: Is God unrighteous to inflict wrath? Absolutely not! Otherwise, how will God judge the world? But if by my lie God’s truth is amplified to His glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner? And why not say, just as some people slanderously claim we say, “Let us do what is evil so that good may come”? Their condemnation is deserved!”
Satan cannot be everywhere at once
God is omnipresent. Satan (Lucifer, Helel/Halal, Samael) is not; he cannot be in multiple places at once, no Angel, fallen or not, can be. Samael means "Blindness of God" or "Poison of God," and the name Lucifer (Latin for "light-bringer") and "Satan" (Hebrew for "adversary") are often treated as titles or descriptions of his fallen state rather than his given name. The name Helel comes from the Hebrew word for "shining one," Halal in Hebrew primarily means to boast, praise, or shine and it was translated into Latin as Lucifer, which also means "light-bringer". 2 Corinthians 11:14: “And no wonder! For Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.”

What about Deuteronomy 22:28-29?
False prophets
We do not become angels when we die. The scripture is stating that there aren’t angels in Heaven getting married.
Gifts of the Spirit have not ceased
1 Corinthians 13:8-10: “Love never ends. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end; as for languages, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will come to an end. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when the perfect comes, the partial will come to an end.”
Perfect, Jesus, has not come back yet. If the gifts of the Holy Spirit have ceased then they wouldn’t be prevalent today and not be used in the future by the two witnesses during half of the seven year Tribulation period where the Antichrist will rule. After that, Perfect will be here.
Do not judge…
Matthew 7:1-5: “Do not judge, so that you won’t be judged. For with the judgment you use, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye but don’t notice the log in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and look, there’s a log in your eye? Hypocrite! First take the log out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.”
John 8:10-11: “When Jesus stood up, He said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you? ” “No one, Lord,” she answered. “Neither do I condemn you,” said Jesus. “Go, and from now on do not sin anymore.”
John 7:23-24: “If a man receives circumcision on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses won’t be broken, are you angry at Me because I made a man entirely well on the Sabbath? Stop judging according to outward appearances; rather judge according to righteous judgment.””
Luke 6:37: “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.”
Galatians 6:1: “Brothers, if someone is caught in any wrongdoing, you who are spiritual should restore such a person with a gentle spirit, watching out for yourselves so you also won’t be tempted.”
God is Love.
In Matthew 22:36-40 Jesus responds to a question: “Teacher, which command in the law is the greatest? ” He said to him, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and most important command. The second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commands.” This scripture get misused a lot. We are to treat people with love, not affirm their beliefs.
Matthew 9:11-13: “When the Pharisees saw this, they asked His disciples, “Why does your Teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners? ” But when He heard this, He said, “Those who are well don’t need a doctor, but the sick do. Go and learn what this means: I desire mercy and not sacrifice. For I didn’t come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
John 14:15-18: “If you love Me, you will keep My commands.
The Law of Christ
This is what Paul said in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: “Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not conceited, does not act improperly, is not selfish, is not provoked, and does not keep a record of wrongs. Love finds no joy in unrighteousness but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”
Galatians 6:2: “Carry one another’s burdens; in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
Under the Law
You’re not supposed to eat that!
Mark 7:18-23: “And He said to them, “Are you also as lacking in understanding? Don’t you realize that nothing going into a man from the outside can defile him? For it doesn’t go into his heart but into the stomach and is eliminated.” (As a result, He made all foods clean. ) Then He said, “What comes out of a person — that defiles him. For from within, out of people’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immoralities, thefts, murders, adulteries, greed, evil actions, deceit, promiscuity, stinginess, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile a person.”
Believers (Messianic Jews and Christians), followers of Jesus, are no longer under the law of Moses, because Jesus fulfilled its requirements and their justification comes through faith, not works of the law. This doesn't mean believers are to be lawless, but rather that they are under the "law of Christ," which is based on love and empowered by the Holy Spirit, not the old covenant's system of rules and judgment.
How believers are to behave
Matthew 5:3-16: “The poor in spirit are blessed, for the kingdom of heaven is theirs. Those who mourn are blessed, for they will be comforted. The gentle are blessed, for they will inherit the earth. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are blessed, for they will be filled. The merciful are blessed, for they will be shown mercy. The pure in heart are blessed, for they will see God. The peacemakers are blessed, for they will be called sons of God. Those who are persecuted for righteousness are blessed, for the kingdom of heaven is theirs. “You are blessed when they insult and persecute you and falsely say every kind of evil against you because of Me. Be glad and rejoice, because your reward is great in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you. You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt should lose its taste, how can it be made salty? It’s no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and trampled on by men. You are the light of the world. A city situated on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”
John 8:11: “No one, Lord,” she answered. “Neither do I condemn you,” said Jesus. “Go, and from now on do not sin anymore.”
John 13:34-35: “I give you a new command: Love one another. Just as I have loved you, you must also love one another. By this all people will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
Ephesians 4:29-32: “No foul language is to come from your mouth, but only what is good for building up someone in need, so that it gives grace to those who hear. And don’t grieve God’s Holy Spirit. You were sealed by Him for the day of redemption. All bitterness, anger and wrath, shouting and slander must be removed from you, along with all malice. And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.”
Galatians 5:16-26: “I say then, walk by the Spirit and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is against the Spirit, and the Spirit desires what is against the flesh; these are opposed to each other, so that you don’t do what you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, moral impurity, promiscuity, idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambitions, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, carousing, and anything similar. I tell you about these things in advance — as I told you before — that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, we must also follow the Spirit. We must not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.”
2 Timothy 2:15-16: “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who doesn’t need to be ashamed, correctly teaching the word of truth. But avoid irreverent, empty speech, for this will produce an even greater measure of godlessness.”
2 Timothy 2:22-26: “Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts. Again I say, don’t get involved in foolish, ignorant arguments that only start fights. A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people.”
Ephesians 6:10-18: “Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength. Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the tactics of the Devil. For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens. This is why you must take up the full armor of God, so that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having prepared everything, to take your stand. Stand, therefore, with truth like a belt around your waist, righteousness like armor on your chest, and your feet sandaled with readiness for the gospel of peace. In every situation take the shield of faith, and with it you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is God’s word. Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.”
The Antichrist and his 7 year reign
The Antichrist (Antimessiah) is prophesied about in the books of Daniel, Mathew 24, 1 John, and Revelation.
1 John 2:22-23: “Who is the liar, if not the one who denies that Jesus is the Messiah? This one is the antichrist: the one who denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son can have the Father; he who confesses the Son has the Father as well.”
What happens before the mark is enforced (Antichrist vs the two witnesses)
The next one to come is not Messiah, but the Antichrist who will claim to be the messiah. He will be in power for 7 years, Enoch and Elijah will show up and 12,000 virgin males from each tribe of Israel will be sealed by God to proclaim that Jesus, Yeshua, is the only Messiah. The first half peacefully, then the second in war against those who refuse to take the mark of the beast and those who are against him, the false prophet, and the beast. DO NOT TAKE HIS MARK! DO NOT PLEDGE YOUR ALLEGIANCE TO HIM, BECAUSE HE IS NOT THE MESSIAH!
The Antichrist will fool a lot of people, but I pray you’re not one of them if you’re alive then.
Then Jesus comes back to reign for 1,000 years, while the Devil is locked away in the bottomless pit. He will be let out for a bit after the 1,000 years are up to gather nations (Gog and Magog) for a final attack against God and His saints, a rebellion quickly extinguished by fire from heaven. Followed by the Great White Throne Judgment for the wicked dead, the final destruction of sin and Satan, and the creation of a new heaven and new earth for the eternal state of believers, ushering in eternity with God.
The Two Witnesses
Enoch and Elijah were the only two that had not died and were taken up to Heaven.
Hebrews 9:27: “And just as it is appointed for people to die once — and after this, judgment —”
Revelation 11:1-14: “Then I was given a measuring reed like a rod, with these words: “Go and measure God’s sanctuary and the altar, and count those who worship there. But exclude the courtyard outside the sanctuary. Don’t measure it, because it is given to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for 42 months. I will empower my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days,, dressed in sackcloth. ” These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. If anyone wants to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and consumes their enemies; if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this way. These men have the power to close up the sky so that it does not rain during the days of their prophecy. They also have power over the waters to turn them into blood and to strike the earth with every plague whenever they want. When they finish their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, conquer them, and kill them. Their dead bodies will lie in the public square of the great city, which prophetically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. And representatives from the peoples, tribes, languages, and nations will view their bodies for three and a half days and not permit their bodies to be put into a tomb. Those who live on the earth will gloat over them and celebrate and send gifts to one another because these two prophets brought judgment to those who live on the earth. But after 3 1/2 days, the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet. So great fear fell on those who saw them. Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” They went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies watched them. At that moment a violent earthquake took place, a tenth of the city fell, and 7,000 people were killed in the earthquake. The survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe has passed. Take note: The third woe is coming quickly!”
