This was my first time trying this cream spinach recipe... Turned out so well! Was really tasty ๐ first i made a white sauce using @floraheartsa vegan margerine, almond milk and @natureschoicesa chickpea flour. In another pan i fried onion, garlic, turmeric, spinach, grated carrots and small cubes of butternut. I fried everything until it was nearly cooked, then i add the white sauce and allowed to simmer for about 20mins. I served the cream spinach/carrots with extra crispy roast potatoes.
