15.2.21-19.2.21 weekly workouts
Mon- 5 mile run + 40 min strenght + 21min yoga
Tue- 8. mile run + 7min yoga
Wed- 5 mile run + 40min strength + 27min yoga
Thur- 8.5 mile run + 7 min yoga
Fri- 5 mile run + 40min strength + 23min yoga
Started working, been busy, had to cut some yoga time which sucks because I love my yoga! 3 great runs this week, 1 good run + 1 that sucked for no reason. Someday your body's just not in it.
