LOG 0001

I'm calling myself SnowstormOne. Earlier today I gained metahuman powers before being captured by the evil alien Brainiac.

I was set free my the Man of Tomorrow himself, Superman!

He saved my life once, years ago when I was a teenager. I never got to say thank you... I still haven't...

He gave me weapons to protect myself.

Apparently something about my powers allows me to use them as if I trained with them.

But there was no time to explain. We were being attacked by these admittedly sick looking alien robots. Brainiac's minions.

Thanks to my new ice powers and Superman's help (mostly Superman's help) we got through and destroyed Brainiac's control of the ship. I don't really understand how smashing it helped but it did!

The rest of the Justice League helped, they weakened Brainiac before he chose to attack me alone.

I almost died, but he was already weakened so I technically had the advantage. We caused him to retreat.

Then the Justice League took me home.

This lady in my earpiece (Oracle) Superman gave me keeps telling me to use my powers for good. I agree with her.

Log 0012

When I returned to Metropolis I was contacted by a Green Lantern to help with something.

Apparently both Green and Sinestro (Yellow) Lantern Crops rings were on the fritz and the Sinestro Corps blamed the Green Lanterns and started attacking.

The battles going on were pretty even so they needed an outside player to turn the tides.

I managed to help conquer an area and was asked to move on to another.

This new area had weapons planted around it.

I don't really understand how these things were weapons, but I was told to destroy them and that made the Sinestro Corps really mad.

They started attacking me with anything they could think of.

They could make up whatever weapon the wanted and it would appear as yellow light. Their imagination was limited, it was just a lot of claws, bones and the occasional blade. If it were me I'd fight with a spider with 12 legs that played guitar and had buzzsaws for hands.

That area was secured too but some of the defeated Green Lanterns had their rings stolen and trapped in yellow crystals.

This is where I learnt that Green Lantern's powers don't work on anything yellow, so I guess if I ever fight one I just need to wear a yellow jumper.

Anyway, through fighting hoards of Yellow Lanterns, I destroyed the crystals and the rings flew back to their rightful owners.

One of Earth's Green Lanterns, John Stewart was his name, had located a power dampener in City Hall that further weakened the Green Lantern's rings, set up by Sinestro (who is obviously the Sinestro Corps leader, ego much?).

Before I could get far in some Green Lanterns warned me that Sinestro had a Manhunter. If the Green Lanterns were wary of it then it must have been strong, I thought.

Luckily Lanterns are incredibly strong. I never realized but seeing their powers up close I think they may even would have a chance against Superman.

We found the room with the power dampener, with civilians being evacuated.

The Sinestro Corps threatened the civilians, but I noticed they didn't attack them either. Yellow Lanterns are powered by fear, so I understand why they scarred people, but I think they didn't attack because if they did then the Green Lantern Corps would bring on a full on assault, and by the looks of things the Green Lanterns outnumbered the Yellow Lanterns, at least here on Earth. I wonder how many there are in space? I've always wanted to go. Maybe I'll get the chance soon if I keep befriending superheroes.

We destroyed the dampener and went to face Sinestro directly.

John Stewart was trying to reason with Sinestro, but It wasn't working. Sinestro was intent on blaming the Green Lanterns for their broken rings, even though the Green Lanterns had the same issues.

The Green Lantern's fought Sinestro while I dealt with his lackeys.

Turns out they needed air to breath. I thought they didn't because they were always in space, but guess not. I think it had something to do with their broken rings. Don't worry, they're okay.

I then moved on to help fight against Sinestro.

He was defeated and sent to space jail or something.

On my way back to the Lantern who contacted me in the first place I noticed buildings that were bottled.

I heard Brainiac did this to entire cities. I even saw some when I was in his ship.

Not to mention I saw more of those machines in the sky, same as the one I saw in Gotham. I wonder what's going on.

I returned to the police HQ and told the Lanterns there of our victory.

They were very happy I could help.

Log 0011

Oracle told me that Batman and Robin needed my help again so I returned to Gotham City (thank god for those teleporters).

One of Batman's rogues, Poison Ivy, escaped Arkham Asylum and was using her pheromone powers to mind control men and use them to plant a monster garden. Literally with monsters. Batman was too busy tracking Joker, so I was to tag along with the Boy Wonder.

We started pruning.

There were a lot of them but Robin said my ice powers gave us an advantage.

We eventually went further into the chaos to a nearby park where the monsters were coming from.

There were even these massive golems made from bark and moss.

We had to take down the spores that were creating these creatures.

I would use my ice blasts to destroy them from far away then Robin and I would close in on the remaining plant creatures.

The most heavily guarded area was a greenhouse. Naturally, we went in.

There were dead bodies everywhere. Apparently Detective Harvey Bullock went in before to try and stop Ivy.

Bullock was the last man standing in front of a giant venus flytrap.

We defended it off together. Robin made Bullock leave as he was injured, but he didn't seem happy about it.

Someone had dug the ground out underneath the greenhouse and created a basement.

A basement full of more of Ivy's monsters and even some mind controlled police officers.

Robin and I went forward and found Poison Ivy.

Poison Ivy used her pheromones to make Robin attack me.

The vines bit at my legs (the vines had teeth) and made it hard for me to fight so I froze the floor. I didn't think beating up a child would be so difficult but here I am. I did manage to get a good punch square in the jaw, though.

With Robin restrained in my ice, Ivy decided to use another minion.

A very large, very threatening minion.

I think Robin was right about my ice weakening the plants because that thing was solid, I didn't know if I could beat it. But a few well placed icicles and the thing went down, and so did Ivy.

Ivy wasn't hurt, physically at least. She kept crying about the plant's pain, as if they were REALLY alive and we were hurting them. She said she would go to Arkham if we stopped. I feel bad for her. In the past few days I've seen some pretty crazy stuff, are sentient plants so far off?

Robin told me not to worry, there was a reason she was in Arkham Asylum and not a regular prison. I think Ivy really needs help. As a superhero, I'm good at smashing things but I guess some problems need more complex solutions. I hope I can help solve one of those complex problems one day.

But for now I needed to go GCPD to help fill in a report. On my way back I spotting a machine in the sky.

I don't know what it is, or if it was there before and I just didn't notice it, but it looked like Brainiac tech to me. Batman told me it was being investigated and not to approach it.

Log 0010

A demon called Trigon was trying to open a portal to hell and Cyborg was impressed with how I dealt with the Batman Who Laughs so he called me to help.

He and that the Titans defeated Trigon once before but now Trigon sent out demons to infect the populous.

First I had to stop the minions of greed.

After I defeated those forces I could move onto another location being hit.

I defeated the gluttony demons before moving onto the wraith demons.

These guys were stronger but I figured out I could use my flight to my advantage. They didn't have any long range attacks.

Then the Sentinels of Magic were called in to help. They found the leader of Trigon's cult, Brother Blood.

I went in with Zatanna and defeated some minions of lust.

They had sealed off the entrance to the elevator but Zatanna was able to dispel their spell.

When I got down I had to fight through more demons as well as cult members.

I was going well at first, but then more demons were summoned and Raven came by to help.

She defeated them all in one move.

The building we were in was an hospital. Brother Blood was hiding in the urgent care wing.

He had cult members praying to him, or maybe praying to Trigon through him.

Creepy.

When Zatanna, Raven and I arrived so did Doctor Fate. We pushed Brother Blood back.

Blood cast a protection spell and summoned more demons for us to fight.

Nasty, big demons.

It took a while but we stopped his forces and interrupted his portal summoning.

I used an icy wind to hold him after we defeated him.

I returned to Cyborg, who said I was welcome to help the Titans again whenever.

I don't know if that was an invitation to join the team or not, but I had other work I needed to do.

Log 0009

The next day I got news from Superman that LexCorp was trying to steal exobyte research from S.T.A.R. Labs.

Luthor claims these LexCorp attackers defected from his company and that he didn't have anything to do with it. By now I know these are lies.

I got in and defended the guards while a scientist there, Doctor Khan, set up encryptions on the research.

The only people who know the password for the exobyte research are Doctor Khan and Superman.

I went to help Superman defeat a villain that was in the upper levels of the facility, only to find Superman weak.

Metallo, a cyborg with a Kryptonite heart, was sent to kill Superman. We fought hard against him.

Metallo created a radioactive wave the stunned me.

However, because Metallo was focusing on me it allowed Superman to get far enough away to use his heat vision to defeat the cyborg.

I don't know if I saved him or he saved me. I was ready to finally thank Superman for saving me years ago but we were interrupted by a distress call from another S.T.A.R. Labs location.

This HQ was where they held their physical servers. If LexCorp got through they could get the hard drive, which meant they could get the data without the passcode.

We stopped them.

Or at first we did.

Luthor himself, equipped with a warsuit, came to defeat us and take the research.

His warsuit was specifically designed to take down Superman. We were outgunned.

Luckily S.T.A.R. Labs was equipped with EMPs to shut down experiments gone wrong, or evil billionaire warsuits. Even luckier neither me or Superman used any tech for our powers.

Superman distracted Luthor (he seemed to ignore me anyway) while I set off the EMPs.

Being powerless, we defeated Luthor but he used a device to teleport himself away. Superman said it must've been off site to be able to be activated.

Then I finally got a chance to tell Superman how he saved me. And thank him.

He gave me a speech. Not like a boring trapped listening to your parents while you're in the car speech. Something hopeful and how I have saved a lot of people now, too. A hero's speech.

I really feel like I've earned the title of "superhero". To honor this feeling, I adjusted my costume.

I think I've finally earnt my cape.

Log 0008

It was over a day when I heard from Oracle next. It was late in the night when she called me (right when I had sat down and started dinner) about trouble in Gotham City.

I visited the police commissioner, Gordon, and Batman's sidekick, Robin.

They told me that the Joker's clowns (a gang, from what they told me) was setting explosives up at Amusement Mile (an abandoned theme park on the water) and they needed help to stop the bombs while Robin could find where the Joker was hiding.

Normally I love creepy things, but there was something dark about Amusement Mile (all of Gotham, really).

I flew in and tossed the bombs in the river as I was told.

Robin hasn't found Joker's lair yet so me and the police caused a distraction.

We arrested many clowns.

Robin eventually found the entrance to where Joker was hiding but just then Joker used the speaker systems to make an announcement. There were presents hidden around Amusement Mile. Some contained nothing, others captured police officers, and some with "Jokandroids".

The police, Robin and I managed to free all the officers and defeat many Jokandroids, which blew up after a few seconds anyway.

As I was fighting a Jokandroid another thing came, I don't know if it was a robot or a metahuman, but this thing was a giant gold man. I stood no chance against it.

Robin saved me but was captured in the processes. I needed to get to the lair's entrance and rescue him.

It was in the fun house. Once I entered there were painted arrows telling me where to go, like this was a game.

I fought through many waves of clowns.

The clowns had captured more officers using the gold man.

I set them free and they helped. At least the ones that were alive did. Everything kept getting more and more twisted.

There were these creepy dogs. Mutated, I think. Whatever there are, I don't even know if they were alive anymore. If they were they were suffering.

I had to fight ahead. Stop these madmen.

After fighting through hoards I found the "secret" entrance.

Inside were two tough goons.

I froze them to get past.

But I wasn't met with the Joker, rather his girlfriend Harley Quinn.

She had captured Robin and surrounded me and the police with enough clowns to run a circus.

By this point, I'm tired, annoyed, in pain and want to go home to eat my dinner (which is definitely cold by now).

I froze the room. I didn't even know I could do that. I may have also trapped some police inside the ice by accident. Harley broke free rather quickly, but without her lackey's I could defeat her.

I also freed Robin. Now we're even.

The detective and Robin wanted help searching for clues, but I couldn't keep up with Robin. Neither could the detective.

Now let's hope there's no more trouble tonight. I do wonder if Joker was ever here or did he somehow watch us from afar?

Log 0007

After defeating Giganta Superman contacted me again. Supergirl had been taken by Lex Luthor. He sent me to Doctor Charles to get more information.

Apparently Doctor Charles discovered that Lex was experimenting on metahuman patients in one of his hospitals and had reached out for help.

While I flew there I encountered a Brainiac drone attack.

I didn't want to leave the metahumans to be experimented on any longer (a fate I almost was subjected to by Brainiac if it wasn't for Superman and the Justice League) but I couldn't let Brainiac kill any people either. I held off the drones until more heroes arrived. I don't know the outcome, hopefully I'll see it on the news later but Oracle told me Brainiac attacks have been on the rise in the area so the news might not cover this specific one.

I finally arrived at the hospital.

While I was fighting Brainiac drones the metahuman patients had started a breakout. Most were injured so I had to defeat the guards attacking them and get the patients to ambulances that would take them somewhere safe.

However, Oracle caught Luthor tracking the ambulances. She got the whereabouts of the tracking machine things and told me how to shut them off.

I was interrupted by some LexCorp security, but I was able to turn the machine off.

Unfortunately, Lex had sent some vehicles to follow the ambulances, equipped with guards in power armor I had to stop.

I destroyed the vehicles, which more like tanks than cars.

They looked expensive. Too bad for Mister Luthor.

I got inside the hospital's secret wing and looked at the logs on the computers.

Most of the logs were by a Doctor Edgar Cizko, who had mental control of the patients, and was the one who kidnaped Supergirl.

It wasn't long until I came face to face with him.

He called himself Doctor Psycho. Can't say I ever heard of him but he smelled like old socks and hairspray.

He infected my mind and made me see illusions. I managed to cause him to run away so I followed. But before I could follow him further I encounter a room that held people in test tubes.

There were even children in there. The guy who likes to be called a psycho is one, who would've guessed. Luther is more subtle. I set everyone free.

I ran into Psycho again. He created illusions to fight me.

I could almost feel his emotions when he was in my head. There was an anger, but worse than that was a gross lust.

I defeated his illusions and broke free of his connection to me.

After that, it was easy to capture him.

He was different from other villains I have fought so far. Everyone else was just as evil and insane, but Psycho was pathetic.

I found Supergirl. She was captured in a red sun energy field, whatever that means. I just know it stopped her powers somehow.

To free her, I just smashed the machines around the room. If that wouldn't of worked then I'm sure Oracle would've told me. If she was listening. Maybe she was busy? Maybe I shouldn't just go around smashing things I don't understand?

Anyway, Supergirl gave me some boots as a thanks. She said I was fashionable and she brought them in the wrong size anyway. She must've been shopping when she was captured.

Log 0006

The hero Flash told me to meet was named Zatanna. She had a stage magician getup on and from what she was about to tell me I figured she must be magic.

Apparently the evil sorceress names Circe (yes, the one from Greek myths) had kidnaped Wonder Girl. The Amazons were trying to get answers from Circe's beast things but they needed help.

I turned up to help sway the battle to the Amazon's side.

In order to get information from Circe's monsters I was given a magical torch.

The Torch forced the monsters to tell us where Wonder Girl was being held. And that she was being held by the supervillain Giganta, who was working with Circe to swap bodies with WG to steal the powers of an Amazon.

The Amazons led me to Giganta's stronghold and we were met with fierce forces.

Time was running out, Giganta's ritual would almost be complete. The Amazons decided to distract Circe's beasts while I went to look for Giganta.

I found her. It was too late, the ritual had began and I saw the villain's body was swap with WG.

I used Giganta to destroy the crystals in to room, doing so broke the spell and freed WG.

The two of use fought and stopped Giganta.

Giganta went to prison and the day was saved. Except from Circe, who know one knew where she was.

Log 0005

I went back to the station to talk to the Flash.

He said I should meet another hero and gave me an address.

Before I could even leave the building I got a message from a being called the Monitor.

He invited me to the House of Legends. I don't know where it is, but it seems to be outside of my dimension. He said he needed all the help he could get, including me. For what? He was sparce on that.

There was an AI (or maybe a person) called the Harbinger that showed me around the place.

Eventually I met Cyborg, who wanted to talk to me.

He had opened a portal, and a Batarang with "SnowstormOne" scratched into it came through. It was obviously a trap but I had to find out who wanted me.

I entered the portal and ended up in a creepy cave.

Oracle said it was the Batcave. I heard stories of Batman having a cave base, so I assumed this was it until Oracle told me it was twisted. Something was wrong about it.

I walked through the cave and found some enemies.

There were robot Batmen and creepy, dead-looking Robins. This was clearly something to do with Batman, but not the one I knew of.

I came face to face with perhaps the scariest looking man I've ever seen. Man isn't the right word. He was more of a thing.

This thing was the Batman Who Laughs. He set up a forcefield to protect himself.

I shut down the generators, thanks to Oracle's help.

Then it was time to face the Batman Who Laughs.

He said that I needed something from him and that he needed something from me.

He sent out one of his allies and Oracle and I defeated them.

Before I left the Batman Who Laughs mentioned "Perpetua". Oracle tried asking Harbinger about it, but the Monitor banned her from accessing the files.

Cyborg was able to get us home and I can return whenever needed.

I know superheroes go cosmic all the time, I just didn't except to so early on in my career.

Log 0004

Because we were prepared for HIVE's attack, Star Labs tried to take the exobytes they were storing to a secure location. Unfortunately HIVE got to their trucks.

I came in to beat them up but had to focus my efforts on protecting the drivers. Because of this HIVE was able to take the exobytes and retreated.

I managed to follow them and got the cargo to safety.

It was then time to enter their base.

I gotta admit, it was threatening. Not just because of its size but also the destruction around it. These massive steel pillars were collapsing. I had no idea the power they possessed.

I got inside and found they had kidnaped some Lexcorp scientists. They wanted information on the exobytes.

After punching the bad guys I freed the scientists.

One of them told me to get to the main computer to destroy some sort of core.

It worked, I exploded the core. I thought I didn't feel temperature anymore, but the heat from the explosion was intense. So was the force.

Of course, the bad guys came running after me. These ones were a bit better equipped, but I took them out easy. Superpowers trump laser guns, I guess.

However there was something strange.

I found these military-esque soldiers. They were clearly not HIVE. They hid in the shadows. I don't know how many I missed. I just know when I spotted them they attacked me. I turned them over to the police alongside HIVE.

After getting further through the base I found a Brainiac drone.

Why would Brainiac want information on the exobytes? They are his own technology. I followed the drone to a large room.

This was clearly an important area. Maybe a war room?

Anyway, I saw the leader of HIVE, Queen Bee, talking to a more sophisticated Brainiac drone.

Queen Bee and Brainiac are clearly working together. I don't know why and I couldn't ask any questions as Queen Bee and her soldiers attacked me.

I had some backup from STAR Labs and we defeated Queen Bee. We couldn't capture her, she was teleported away by Brainiac.

There is so many moving parts, I don't know if I can keep up. Maybe I should check in with Flash, I bet good money he'll know something about moving parts and keeping up.

Log 0003

After defeating Grodd I decided to have lunch. By the time I returned to the MPD HQ I found Flash looking on the police computers trying to find Grodd.

He told me that Superman had messaged him that a group called HIVE was planning an attack on both Star Labs and Lexcorp. Because he was busy, Flash asked me to handle it.

How could I say no?

The attack was planned for a while away now. Oracle contacted me saying she found a cheap place I could call my own while I'm in America.

I had barley enough money saved up to buy it. I dreaded thinking about sleeping in the police station.

When I got to the place there were computers set up. High-tech ones.

Oracle had given me some superhero equipment. Stuff for tracking villains and contacting emergency services and the like. Oracle, if you're reading this, you're the best!

There was some furniture that came with the apartment (or base, I guess I could call it). It looks ugly but at least it's something.

Anyway, HIVE is about to attack so I need to get ready.

Log 0002

After Brainiac I was sent to Metropolis. My home is in Australia but the Justice League is letting me have the MPD HQ as a home base while I stay in America.

Unfortunately I didn't have a very long break. Some manic super-genius gorilla was turning people into, well, gorillas.

I defeated the troops and destroyed the machines. Once the machines were destroyed the gorillas turned back into people. So far superheroing is a bunch of smashing things.

One of the high-ranking gorillas (do gorillas have ranks?) had axes. I didn't want to get sliced so I may have took them. In my hands there will be no monkey business.

The Flash had found the leader's lair. An arch-enemy of his, Gorilla Grodd. Grodd had trapped Flash.

It was my job to sneak in and free Flash, allowing him to defeat Grodd. I didn't do so well on the sneaking but I managed to free Flash.

We went up against Gorilla Grodd together.

I learnt I was able to protect myself with a layer of ice. It protected me from most of Grodd's punches.

Grodd has a vendetta against Flash so Flash was able to distract him while I got some hits in. Before we could defeat Grodd he fled like a coward.

Flash is looking into Grodd's whereabouts now. He said there was still things for me to do. It's been a long day and it's not even lunch.
