Brunch on. 😋🤤🍅🌱 this tastes like a little bagel pizza. The secret to any great sammy? Season your veggies. I salt, peppered and squeezed a little lemon juice on the tomato & basil. I'm a hot sauce addict so I spread a little jalapeño salsa (recipe in previous post). Agua Fresca. Jugo de melón. I made little wedge horns for my cantaloupe 🍈 juice. So refreshing and delicious. I always want "aguas frescas" during the warm seasons. Aguas frescas are cool juices made from teas or fruits for example, like this one. I don't add sugar to my juices, but you can sweeten it up w a little agave or simple syrup of your choice. #recipe 👩🏻‍🍳To make this Agua de Melon, blend fresh chopped cantaloupe with a little bit of water just to get it going. Don't put too much water. Blend until smooth. Dear Sunday meal preppers: How about some rice noodles with veggie teriyaki? I tossed eggplant & broccoli in sesame oil (2tsps), teriyaki sauce, siracha, basil, cilantro, garlic and amino acids. I like rice noodles because they help me count my servings a lot better than loose rice. The packages of rice noodles are usually divided by serving size. Hard core? Organic Vegetable Udon Noodles + Organic Miso . It's like an Asian version of a buttered noodle 🍜 haha! It's really good! I had a ton of veggies today and was feeling lazy or this would have more veggies. The miso is glutenfree. Use gf noodles if you'd like. This pictured serving is between 400- 500 calories depending on the amount of miso paste you use. If you want protein you can add Kale or broccoli. Or organic (when possible) tofu .
