These PEANUT BUTTER & RASPBERRY CHIA JAM SMOOTHIES would be the perfect addition to today’s spring mood.🌷 . ✨RECIPE✨ Chia jam (small jar): 250 g (2 Cups) frozen raspberries 2 Tbsp chia seeds 2 tsp of freshly-pressed lime juice 3 Tbsp agave syrup ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder ✨ Smoothies for 2: 4 Tbsp peanut butter 1 ripe banana, frozen 100 g cauliflower florets, frozen 80 g (¾ cup) raspberries, frozen ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder 360 ml (1 ½ cups) oat mylk 2 dates (soft) ✨ Method: 1. For the chia jam add the raspberries to small saucepan. Heat until raspberries start to break down. Add the rest ingredients and stir until well combined. Let simmer for a couple of minutes while stirring and remove from the heat afterwards. Transfer to a jar and let cool completely. 2. Once chia jam is cooled, add all ingredients for the smoothie to a high speed blender. Mix until smooth and creamy. 3. Add a couple teaspoons of chia jam to the jars and pour in the smoothie. VEGAN Chocolate Molten Lava Cake 🍫 Can be made #GlutenFree as well! 🔥 If you’re looking for the perfect vegan dessert 🍮 - this is it. 🙌😍💯 Perfectly rich and luscious. Don't be intimidated by how good it looks. 😋 You’ll need: ❤️ • 250 g dark chocolate (vegan) • 1/4 cup coconut oil • 1 tsp coffee powder (optional) • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt - in a double boiler, melt the chocolate and combine all ingredients. • 1 can aquafaba (a little less than 2/3 cup) • 2 tbs organic sugar • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup oat flour* (For gluten free option, use gluten free oat flour or spelt flour) 🌹 Instructions: 1. Add aquafaba, sugar, avple sauce, and vanilla to a blender and blend for at least 3 minutes. 2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl before gradually adding melted chocolate and stir until well combined. 3. Slowly whisk in oat flour, 1/4 cup at a time. 4. In a greased and dusted ramekins*, pour in the batter, make sure it's equally distributed. 5. Bake at 350F (or 175C) for about 8-12 minutes. This all depends on the size of your ramekins and oven. 6. Rest for about 5-10 minutes. Then, use a knife to scrape and clean down the sides of the cake to make sure it doesn't stick to the ramekins before flipping it onto a plate. 7. Garnish with fresh fruits and vegan icing sugar, serve warm. 8. Recipe 12 dates, pitted 1/2 cup buckwheat groat 1 cup almonds 2 tbsp flaxseed meal 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla bean extract Instructions Grease a 8inch tart tin. Set aside. In a food processor add crust ingredients and process until grounded and well combined. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared tart tin. Place in the freezer to set while you work with your filling. . Filling 1 cup fresh strawberry 1 cup grapefruit juice 1 cup full fat coconut cream 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp Hibiscus flower powder 2 tsp agar-agar powder Add strawberries in a blender. Blend into a puree. Add grapefruit juice, blend it again. Strain juice through a mesh sieve.
In a saucepan, bring the strawberry grapefruit juice and coconut cream to a boil. Add Hibiscus flower powder, agar-agar and maple syrup. Stirring constantly, cook until agar completely dissolve. Allow to boil for approximately 30 seconds. Strain mixture through a mesh sieve. Let the mixture to cool for 10 minutes before pouring into tart. Base 1/2 cup dates (softened in hot water and pitted) 1 cup pecans / or walnuts 1 tablespoon cashew butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 cup cacao powder 2 tablespoons coconut oil 💖 Combine your ingredients in your food processor and pulse until broken into fine pieces, then blend until you’re left with a sticky dough. Press this into your springform tin and freeze as you prepare the topping 💖 Topping 1 cup cashews soaked for at least four hours in hot water 1 cup raspberries 4 tablespoons maple syrup Juice of half a lemon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup almond mylk / oat mylk 2 tablespoons coconut oil 💖 Blend everything in a high speed blender until creamy, pour over your brownies and freeze for at least four hours.
